Super 8 by Wyndham Norfolk

Our room was clean and smelled fresh. The motel was close to restaurants and in a safe location.

It is an older hotel, and it appears that they are in the middle of doing some updates. The location is good, with many nearby places to eat. If them offering a free breakfast is the main reason you are staying there, you will be disappointed. They had air conditioning units in the room, the one in my room was louder than I would have liked.

The room was filthy, there were things on the floor we were scared to touch and burn holes on the bedding. There was also a razor and an unidentified box in the bathroom from a previous visitor.

People were nice and friendly but our room had possible mold in the bathroom and smelled not great. Bedding and surfaces were clean but fridge was only working as a freezer. They were painting so hopefully that will get fixed.

Ppl wanted paint the hotel at 9:38pm at night. WiFi was down. Smelled like cigarettes

Room was clean and modern decor but parking lot, out buildings , lobby was pretty sketch.

Mediocre at best

We were the NRCA tour Nebraska. We had to arrive at their site at 5:30 to 6:am, so the super 8 started their breakfast at 5:so am to accommodate us, when they usually started their breakfast at 6:00 am. I thought that was great. Their breakfast was good also. Carpet needed cleaning and shower pressure was weak.

Price The rooms were dingy and old, also way smaller than quoted. It was just kind of gross, on top of that the 1 main amenity we had for our room was an indoor pool. No indoor or outdoor pool and it's been over 10 years since they've had one. I talked to an HR person on Saturday when we found out there was no pool and checked out and didn't stay. Was supposed to get some confirmation of a refund but haven't heard anything yet.

The room was not clean. We had to clean the toilet and toilet bowl lid prior to using due to very nasty. There was nicotine running down the walls instead of being cleaned even though it was a smoking room. The provided shampoo and conditioner were empty. Stained sheets where you lay like someone bled on the sheet and they failed to dispose of it. All in all just a very bad experience in this room. Our first stay was a very clean room and was satisfactory however this was the total opposite

Room was clean, staff was very polite and a joy to talk to. I was gone most of the day. It was quiet in the evenings - plenty of parking and AC and heat wasn’t a problem. I would stay there again if I visit Norfolk, NE again in the Future…

Very friendly staff people. Comfortable beds. Great television! The bathroom stool is very low to the floor.

Nothing at all. The whole entire hotel smelled like Marijuana from top to bottom and end to end. The sheets were stained and dirty. Fridge had a terrible whistling noise. Not handicap accessible at all. Won't ever return there again.

I didn't have breakfast but my husband had cereal and eggs. He said the waffle iron had waffle stuck to it, so didn't use it. It was a very quiet motel

Clean and in good repair Breakfast was minimal . Do. It like metal bed frame as makes lot noise and causes my back to be stiff.

The bathtub didn’t drain well

Nothing really Staff was very delayed and room light did not work. Felt unsafe due to door lock. Smell even with a smoking room it was horrible. Floor dirty and bathroom needs fixing.
