Didn’t have a pool which was a bummer but the air conditioning in the room was awesome. Shower was nice and hot. Bed was comfortable. Good stay

Not sure how it has the ratings it has. It wasn’t terrible, but it definitely needs some tlc. My shower/tub had mildew around where the tub meets the wall, floor was sticky, there were cut straws in the A/c unit holding the flow piece in place. Mildew smell in the room. The trash hasn’t been taken out or housekeeping threw away something not thinking about a guest checking in. The bed was not super comfortable. When checking in the person on staff walked by me without acknowledgement then walked by me again to get behind the desk and then asked if he could help me. All in all it’s a place to lay your head for a night, not an extended stay type of place.

Overall the room and beds were decent, TV is really small air conditioner works pretty good shower was all right most of all pretty clean ice machine was right down the hall a loud pets and breakfast was okay but the eggs could definitely use some help other than that and price to be lower for what it is but I would stay there again if needed

As always, they had bisquits and gravy for breakfast one day. Yum! I also liked that they offered healthier options like the hard boiled eggs in the refrigerator. I was disappointed that I booked a two bed room on Expedia but only got one bed. This ended up working out as the other person who was supposed to come along did not. Otherwise, this would have been an issue. I was also disappointed that housekeeping came into my room even though I put out the privacy hang tag on my door. I did that as I was only staying two nights and did not want housekeeping. Staff at the front desk said they would address this. Overall, it is a simple hotel but it works, especially for the cost. I had a clean bed, a bathroom, refrigerator, microwave and a tv plus a hot breakfast. What else do you need for a short-term stay that you are basically only using for sleeping and getting ready to go to your next event.

We were very pleased for the price. This is an older hotel, but clean. The bed was very comfortable and good shower. Breakfast was okay. The man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

Parking is great. Staff is great. The room we had was very comfortable & clean. Very accessible to pretty much anything you'd want in Norfolk. The first morning's breakfast was very good, however the second morning's breakfast was not good at all.

Room was clean. Heater was so loud we didnt get any sleep. We were there to see my father in law in hospital. So it was hard with no sleep. We couldnt get shower to turn on. Couldnt find the pully. So no shower. Breakfast was cold & bacon under cooked. So we had to spend more money to get something else to eat. Wont stay here again. We are usually pleased with our stays.

Everything so far was good, except the breakfast. Eggs cold, bacon could have been cooked more also cold, sausage also cold. Parking was good people very friendly. I'm staying cause my dad is in the hospital & I've stayed at plenty of Roadway Inn

Simple, clean hotel. A little dated, but modernized. Internet is better than most places, but nothing crazy. Breakfast is not bad. A beautifully average hotel, with a good price and positioning.

Everything good

Simple hotel. It's dated, but clean. Wifi is pretty solid, staff are nice, I've had no issues with the hotel throughout multiple stays. It's a little awkward getting to the elevator with large piece of luggage/equipment, but it has an elevator so no complaints!
