Quiet and nice staff Mold in the shower, room was musty and humid.

Clean, quiet property. Good breakfast.

The evening front desk lady was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The walls in the room and bathroom really needed some TLC. Our mirror was being held up by duct tape!

Everything from check in to check out staff was friendly eager to help and accommodate my needs (Not applicable)

Location was perfect. Right beside the university Not super clean. Not enough staff.

We loved the location and the facility was very clean. There were a couple of minor issues- toilet would not flush regularly, coffee pot was missing the tray for the pod.

The staff was very friendly and responsive. Both night and day. And the shower was the best! The towels and wash cloths could have been a little more plush and potatoes for breakfast

Everything was good (but the breakfast). Facilities were perfect, it was so comfortable and we really like it. Breakfast was not the worst in the US, but there could be more options and variety.

The hotel was clean, the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was excellent. The room was clean and the hotel area was clean and well-maintained. I have no complaints, I wish there were walk-in showers because it would have been helpful and easier for my mother to use them.

The hotel was clean. The grounds were beautifully manicured and the inside was very nicely decorated. The room was very clean and the beds were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on! The price was extremely reasonable for this hotel. Nothing about the property. It was a little difficult to get to coming into it because I had to cross 3 or 4 lanes of traffic as soon as I came off the exit ramp.

It was clean and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathroom sink was cracked and the bed was a little firmer than I like but that’s just me being picky. It was also tricky with the traffic but again that’s not something the hotel can help.
