The location was great. Where it's centrally located allowed us to easily find our stops in either direction. There was running in thechallwayvand the room above all atvall hours dayvor night; No amenities were included ie pool, breakfast, things like that; coffee station was always empty with no staff in sight to refill; mattress was paper thin.

The staff were wonderful. The hotel was very clean. The bed was saggy and uncomfortable. The toiletries were low quality. Everything cost extra, on top of an already expensive room. The hotel and restaurant were understaffed.

The area/location beautiful! I will definitely go back directly thru them not booking.com! Water park fun. A little pricey. The price! I wish I could rate Booking.com!!! Didn't even know I was going thru this engine!! And the service with yall is very poor!! I was told a few times that the water park would be included in my price/stay! The representative said this for me to go thru yall! Rather than groupon! I thought I was going thru the actual site Didn't even know!

Hotel was fine. A/C runs continuously (you can’t shut it off). We had maintenance come in. So all night we heard the loud sound of the AC kicking in….no sleep for 2 nights my husband and I. I wanted to go home.

room was huge

Indoor waterpark was the main attraction and our 3 and 4 year old grandsons loved it. Rooms just kind of basic, but certainly enough'

Large, comfortable room with comfy beds and a great view. Staff was exceptionally kind and friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. Kids had a great time at the water park. My kids got a rash from the extremely high chlorine levels (we even rinsed off in our room after every trip to the water park). My daughter was crying in pain from it. This happened to many kids in our large group.

Dirty room, broken heat

the property is in a great central location in town and close to shopping and restaurants. The amenities provided to the guests were great. I also really enjoyed all the options for the kids throughout the day. The toddler section in the water park was also wonderful. I wish the price of the water park was included or at least discounted for overnight guests. perhaps some more friendly games for the younger kids would be wonderful as well. The arcade was definitely catered more to older kids.

everything you need was onsite waiting too long for food/ limited options

This hotel is very family oriented and have a list of activities that goes on throughout the day, so my family had such a great time. The only things I would like to see different is access to room service as there is none. There also is no microwave in the rooms.

Fun for the whole family The room was not clean, very outdated for the price considering we paid over $300 a room for a crappy room and the had to pay for the waterpark.
