Pick this one! One of the best Comfort Inns ever! Rooms so comfortable (king-sized bed) with a sitting area with sofa (with pull out bed), chair, coffee table, second TV, microwave and small refrigerator. Lots of counter space in the bathroom. Breakfast was way above average with hot and cold selections. Staff friendly and efficient. The rooms were in great shape and clean. I don’t have any criticism.

Location was perfect. Rooms were clean and cozy. Separate sitting area was nice. Pirates Cove mini golf being next door was a nice surprise. Nothing.

We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay in North Conway. The hotel and our room were clean and well maintained. We had a small issue with our TV on our arrival day, but one of the staff members, who was kind, patient and attentive, came immediately to remedy the situation. The breakfast was amazing!

Comfortable and clean with lots of parking. Breakfast was quite poor with all disposable cutlery, plates etc.

The bed and pillows were the most uncomfortable 😩 glad we only stayed two nights. Liked breakfast enjoyed the pool and enjoyed the gulf.

A nice hotel with a mini golf course next door. We were looking forward to some evening golf, but didn't realize it closed at 6:00 some days, so unfortunately we didn't get to do that. The hotel itself was nice, breakfast was decent and there was a nice restaurant across the street where we ate. Rooms were very large for this chain. Overall, a great stay!

The breakfast was definitely lacking. The waffles were good and the biscuit and gravy was pretty good. Everything else was sub par.
