Excellent stay! The pool was a big hit as it’s warm and has a palm tree the kids loved! The staff were great and we felt well rested during a big trip.

I also answered her questions & said yes ma’am & then the tone was even worse. My leftovers in my room refrigerator went bad & never cooked off my bottled waters we stocked the fridge with for our stay. We had an end room near the elevator. There was rust colored matter on the toilet seat& night two our air conditioner shut off altogether. Met the housekeeper from Romania- sweet girl ( tipped her). Other than that was treated like a second class citizen for $368 & it was not a good experience

We stayed for 3 nights in a double room. Spacious. Clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. WiFi and service in general in that area was pretty poor. The bathroom was a bit cramped. You have to walk behind the door in order to close it due to lack of space. Location was great near downtown and storyland.

We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast options. We did a mid week stay, and despite it still being busy we enjoyed the pool to ourselves each time!

We were less than an hour early for check in, but were turned away with the lame excuse that the room still needed inspected. If it were the busy season, I might have bought it. We had a suite with a seating area, but the TV was in the sleeping area, so that wasn’t ideal. Otherwise, the room was very nice - clean, nice shower, comfortable bed. We had breakfast both days on our stay. It was good, but it needed variation. I feel mixed about this stay, had its good points and its bad. If you like mini golf, they have a double course on site, but that also affects parking.

Bed was not comfortable and pillows needed to be replaced years ago. Bathroom was a bit small. Air conditioner in the room was so loud I had to wear earplugs all night

Breakfast was great, menu was fresh. They even had french toast, variety of yogurts, waffles, egg/cheese omeletes, and much more. The rooms and lobby were really clean.

This hotel is a great family friendly place, it was super clean, had an indoor pool and a mini golf course on the property. Our room was super clean and the staff were friendly. The daily breakfast was enjoyable and the coffee was fresh.

The location was great! Less than a 1/2 mile walk to restaurants and shopping. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and well appointed.
