Comfort Inn & Suites North Conway

The location is perfect. You can get anywhere you want from here. Whether it’s Storyland or Lincoln, you’re not far from the attractions. There’s also onsite mini golf for an added price. Kale, who checked us in, was very pleasant and kind. Very well spoken and professional. Upon check in, our room had an odor of cat. With my severe allergies, I couldn’t spend more than a couple of minutes in there. We called down to the front desk and asked to move. One staff member seemed annoyed that we had asked. When we arrived back at the desk, the other staff member was courteous. Our new room key didn’t seem to work at first and needed reprogramming. The breakfast would’ve been better, however, the bacon was crumbled into small pieces. The serving area seemed a bit small for the number of guests trying to get breakfast at the same time.

We have stayed here a few times now and it is consistently an excellent stay. The rooms are comfortable and have all we need. The location is perfect. The breakfast is very good. Pool is great. All around a great stay.

Parking was great and very friendly staff

Cleanliness. Location Pillows too hard. Breakfast area too small for number of customers. Rooms pretty dated. Room quite tight for 5.

The position People not so friendly

Location I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Comfort Inn & Suites North Conway and with the way this situation was handled. We arrived as a family of four, but were assigned a room with only one king-size bed. When I asked the front desk for help, the staff member was extremely unhelpful and showed very little interest in finding a solution. Her response was simply that there was nothing she could do because the reservation had been made through a third party. What was most disappointing was her attitude. When I asked if someone could at least prepare the sofa bed for my family, she bluntly told me that no one would do it and that I had to do it myself. There was no attempt to assist us, offer alternatives, or show basic courtesy toward guests facing a problem.

We took advantage of the laundry facility, although I wish there was more than one washer/dryer and that it cost less than $4 in quarters to wash + dry 1 load of laundry... but at least it was available. My kids enjoyed the breakfast and the pool (although the pool was very cloudy- not sure if that was intentional). The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and parking is close, well-lit, and on site. Overall the family enjoyed it.

It has everything you need. It was clean, comfortable, good water pressure and AC. It has a pool and a great mini golf just next door. Close to a lot of things.

Breakfast was good. Always clean with friendly staff. Only hotel we will stay at in North Conway!

Location The beds were not comfortable. One of our room keys didn’t work, I called the desk and they didn’t offer us a new one. The pool is extremely small. The overall feel to the hotel is small.

Everything was perfect from checking in to checking out! Room was spacious and comfortable. Pool was clean and just right for the kids. Good location to restaurants, etc. Mini Golf was right there! Would book again....
