The Cambria’s location is excellent for North Conway! It’s just a short walk or even shorter drive to Settlers Green for shopping and plenty of restaurant options nearby to visit. You avoid the heavy traffic in the Village which helpful when staying during the busy Summer months! The hotel is newer and well kept! The room was very clean and the size was spacious. The Front Desk Staff was inviting at check-in and pleasant at check-out. Offering breakfast until 11am on the weekends for your Guests would be fantastic; not everyone likes getting up early while on vacation to enjoy breakfast! 7 or 8am to 11am would be ideal!

The room was spacious, and the parking was ok. I expected a lot more for the price I paid. It is a "normal" chain hotel with very little service and average ammenities, but the price was more of a 4-5 star hotel ...

Newer hotel, very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was there for one quick night so didn't use amenities, but the restaurant and pool area looked very nice.

Property was nicely maintained and the rooms were large and kept clean. Staff was mostly very friendly. Close to all attractions and walking distance to the outlets and restaurants. I will say there was a few downfalls though. This place falsely advertises a Waterpark picture when in fact there is no water park there. It is actually 5 minutes down the road and $32. Why keep that picture up when you do not offer that on site? Also breakfast is so odd you have to order off a special menu with 6 items and no drinks are included. Ac was extremely loud so blocked out most noises in the area.If I had the choice I would definitely recommend the resort two hotels down with the actual indoor waterpark or another..especially for a hotel costing as much as it does for a night.

New hotel but they didn’t use a lot of sound proofing during construction. Couldnhere people in hallway and people above us very loudly. Staff was very nice.
