This was our first time to New Hampshire visiting from Florida. The rooms were so clean and I am picky! The property was beautiful. We will definitely be back.

Basic clean hotel , no free breakfast terrible pool area . Pictures on Expedia indicate that they have a water park on property but it is actually down the street and have to pay for it . drinks inside the hotel bar were some of the worst drinks I have ever had in my life .. staff was super friendly though nice hotel if you want a simple place to stay

Poor acoustic partition, in the middle of the night people were running around. I also got surcharged for breakfast for one day and other day was short on staff.

Best hotel of my entire trip! - I stayed at hotels across 6 states and this was the best most peaceful, sleep. Beds are comfy, staff is welcoming and most importantly (for me) it felt clean.

Clean, nice modern decor. Easy location. Pleasant front desk staff. The outdoor noise was pretty noticeable. Walls seemed not well insulated to sound. I was a little surprised being a newer hotel, but it was bearable. AC unit was on auto cycle, and we couldn't figure out how to get it to stay on while we slept.

Staff was awesome! Front desk lady was lovely, staff in restaurant was wonderful, house keeper on morning of check out was friendly! Room was booked as a Mountain View but only trees visible!

This is a wonderful hotel beginning with the helpful staff. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is located close to town, shops and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay!

The lawns looked terrible. Hire someone to at least mow the grass. I honestly thought the place was deserted when I drove in. It is too nice of a hotel to begin with such a poor outside presentation.
