    The room was clean, easily accessible, close to town, the pool and hot tub were clean and open. The bathroom was clean, the shower was clean, the shampoo, condition, and body wash available was good quality. The bed was not great for comfort but it was clean.

    location, quiteness, room size very good We booked from booking and It says including breakfast. But the serving, it is not breakfast. During the check in responsible people in the Reception not give any details about coffee service or breakfast details. Breakfast was grab and go style and a little dissapointing.

    The place is comfy,clean and close to everything! Staff was great. Everything we needed or wanted to do just minutes away. All other breakfast places beside Blueberry Muffin was jammed packed. Long lines..

    Affordable, surprised at the modern decor of the room. Balcony for the cool breeze. Great bathroom . Attached breakfast diner. Great breakfast. I booked for the pool. The pool was ice cold. Too cold to use. Hot tub jets didn't work. Rotary knob was broken

    We were disappointed for there was no hot water , for the 2 nights we stayed . Very poor coffee, permanent people living with noisey kids in the room right beside us . The rest of the things were good , clean room & friendly staff .

    Well image my surprise when at 8pm on Friday I received an email of fraudulent charges on my card coming from Yankee Candle inn, I immediately went to the front desk and ask your agent Mike Preethram, what was going on, he tried to justify swiping my debit 5 times, which in return cancel my card I had 12.00 cash with no access to my bank til Monday due to his action my easter weekend with my grandson was ruined, And heartbreaking to tell him we cant do the things we planned...I understand glitches, but to swipe my card when I showed you proof that my room was paid for confirmation number, yet your agent kept repeating swiping my card... Now I have to go to my bank on Monday and get a new card, ? just want to make it clearly that Carolyn was feeling so bad for us, she was great..I am very upset and angry that this happened ?

    From the moment we entered our room, it was clear it had not been properly cleaned. There was visible dust throughout, spots all over the floor, smears covering the glass shower door, and soap scum still coating the shower walls. It felt unsanitary and completely unacceptable. The situation got worse when we discovered the toilet was not functioning properly and would not flush correctly. After putting up with it for hours, we contacted the front desk—only to be met with poor customer service. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, we were blamed for the problem and told we had to switch rooms at nearly 10 PM, while traveling with a child. Packing everything up that late at night because of an issue that existed before we even checked in was incredibly frustrating and unnecessary. The amenities were just as disappointing. The pool was ice cold and clearly not maintained at a usable temperature, and the hot tub was outright filthy—covered in scum with visible sand inside. It was unusable and honestly concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Overall, this hotel failed on every basic level: cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service. What should have been a simple, comfortable stay turned into a stressful and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
