Runita is always wonderful! It's like seeing a dear friend! The front desk team is always attentive and so helpful! It's an ideal location with incredible views! It's continually my fave place to stay when I am in the city. Great service and kindness every time!

Misled about the outdoor bar. It was very small and I spent a lot of money on a nice outfit to wear because their website said we needed to dress nice but we could have worn regular clothes. So just disappointed and mislead about the outdoor bar, other than that we loved the hotel and staff

Cozy room with small kitchen. Gave a homey feel and comfort to me. Poor view and late check in. I made reservations and room wasn’t ready upon my arrival. 1hr wait for room.

Unless you get a room facing the Freedom Tower, use the room for sleeping only. The gym is literally the size of a bathroom with dumbbells up to 35 lbs, so unless you’re a 90-year-old granny, don’t expect to grow here

This hotel offers stunning views of the World Trade Center Memorial and the World One building. Nazar at reception was very kind and helpful.
