Residence Inn by Marriott, North Conway

Room was noisy as it was next to the staircase and parking lot. The basketball court was also behind our room so that added to the noise level

Very nice room, super clean !

Quick and easy check-in. Clean lobby and room. Very welcoming for pets with a convenient room near an exit for easy outdoor access. Breakfast was good. Try the oatmeal with dried banana chips and a sprinkling of brown sugar! You'll love it!

Hot tub was dirty. Pool could have been cleaner

Nice breakfast buffet, though it changed little by day. Very courteous and friendly staff.

Breakfast to start each day was great! Our accommodation was quite comfortable. We hope to get back soon!

Exceptional

Very clean and comfortable We were 2 adukts and 2 kids, but despite that fact we had only 3 chairs in this appartment. We ssked a few time for a fourth one, to be able to eat together but were not provided

The hotel was recently renovated. They did a nice job with the renovations. The room was large, clean, and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast area and lobby are clean and comfortable. The food was good. We had complimentary s’mores in their outdoor living space, which was equally clean and comfortable. The hotel is situated in a nice area and close to downtown. The staff are very welcoming. I will recommend this hotel to others and I will rebook in the future.

This hotel was perfect on all counts except they need to replace the mattress as least for the room that I was in. Besides that this hotel exceeded all expectations in every way. Impeccably clean, comfy, bountiful breakfast with an extremely lovely and friendly staff.

A very clean, quiet building right near the shopping in North Conway, breakfast was delicious and Hotel staff were courteous and helpful.

Exceptional

This hotel was perfect in every way. The outdoor area was beautiful, with a fire pit, seating, and a large stainless steel grill with grill tools. They offered free s'mores kits to use on the firepit each evening, which my kids loved. The breakfast was really nice as well, with all the usuals - waffle machines, cereal, yogurt bar, hot options, bagels and toast, and 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby, in addition to providing coffee and tea in your room. We rented the family room, which had a queen bed and two twins, plus full kitchen. The only complaint for me would be that the queen bed was in the main area, while the twin beds were in the bedroom nook, but I can understand why people with younger children would think that's a positive because they're away from the kitchen and door. The shampoo and conditioner had a nice smell. Everything was very clean, and staff was all very polite and helpful. Lots of restaurant and entertainment options in the area.

The unique thing was, they gave us stuff to make s’mores at night time over the fire pit. That was really cool.
