Clean - nice staff

New furniture is too much for the space. Put the new high tables against the walls. Put the footstools upstairs in the rooms with the sofas. Put the food snacks in the new.spice. Bring back the booth. Forget the Sweetz shop. Parents don't want their kids eating candy..Place was great the way it was.

Thin walls and floors. Constant banging, yelling and jumping in neighboring rooms. Uncomfortable beds, tiny uncomfortable couch. Clean and walkable to area.

No parking at all….

They were doing renovations during our stay so there was a little mess associated with that. Our room was spotless and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. It was a great spot for our visit and would go there again.

Nice gym, pool and hot tub. Free smores in the firepit is a nice bonus! They are renovating the place so many construction workers all around. I realize it is temporary but was still unpleasant.

We had a recent stay at the Residence Inn for three nights in May. This was our fourth time at this particular hotel. We were given a recently renovated room on the fourth floor. The room looked brand new. Everything about it was great. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only complaint about the stay was the extensive renovation that was still going on the second floor. There was a large crew of construction workers, maybe twenty or so. They were all very courteous and polite, but the hotel was down to one working elevator which was getting almost constant use. One regular hotel staff person said, "They (the construction crew) burnt out one elevator, and they will probably burn this one out too." So there was a lot of elevator waiting time. Other than that, everything was great.

Our favorite North Conway hotel. Always clean. Newly renovated.

They were in the middle of renovation so it was a bit rough. Everything you needed was still accessible. Workers worked around you. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Housekeeping was exceptional. We will absolutely come back. Looking forward to seeing all the renovations when they are complete.

They are going through renovations at this time, the noise level first thing every morning was extremely annoying. If not for that I would highly recommend.

The location was great. The rooms were newly renovated. There was EV charging there. Nice decor and nice outdoor spaces. Price was right.

Recently refurbished. Gym machines were top of the range. Jacuzzi really warm and relaxing. Staff were exceptional. Really friendly and made you feel really welcome. Liked the melting of marshmallows over fire pit. Great location. Highly recommend. Incredible value for money. No bar

The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I cannot say enough about the staff. Judy and Kristen in the breakfast area were great! They made sure the breakfast items were always available and were very pleasant and friendly. Shawn on 2nd shift was great. He went out of his way to be helpful and was very kind and personable. Hotel was under renovations while we were there but we were never inconvenienced. We booked a suite and it was newly redone and beautiful. The cleaning staff did a great job as well. We will definitely return.

The breakfast served was good. I thought the price was more than reasonable for everything the hotel offered. Our friends stayed in another 2 rooms and were equally satisfied. The location was only minutes away from shopping and restaurants. We'd definitely stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott again. My only suggestion would be to put a small towel rack in the bathroom sink area.

Great time

Had a great stay at this hotel with my family. Very clean room, pool was nice and warm and staff was great. The kids really enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was fresh and the internet was fast. It was a great stay!
