The room was cleaned daily including changing of the towels. The staff was friendly and you could sit out on the balcony and relax.p

Really nice and comfortable room. Loved that we could park at the door. Walking distance to restaurants. Very quiet. We had issues with our AC in the middle of the night. Didn't bother notifying anyone.we were there for the night. There some coffee, fruit and muffins available for a quick pick up for breakfast on the go.

Location and price

Amazing front desk staff. Big thanks to Andrea who help us with a couple issues, So clean and the most comfortable mattress and pillows. Slept so well. Pool was clean with plenty of chaise loungers. Nice playground for kids. Nice unexpected touch was watching the Conway Railroad train pass behind the property. Day 2 our a/c unit went bonkers. Andrea upgraded us to an amazing suite with fireplace, full kitchen, huge bath with floor heater and massive LR and BR w/king bed! Staff was super responsive and quick to rectify any concerns. This will be our only choice going forward for all our future visits.

Room was very spacious and clean, since we were traveling in for 1 night it was great to have a refrigerator to put items from our cooler in. Beds were also very comfortable, only disappointment is we booked for hot tub and it was closed while we were there, unsupervised children in the pool area splashing constantly made it tough to stay down there for any length of time.

Very clean room. Great location right next to outlets and restaurants. Pool was great and the outdoor firepit was really nice.

Stayed 3 nights had no complaints, very clean, real cable no antenna with 7 channels, everything worked ,shower pressure was great! Perfect location for things to do! Definitely would get again and recommend

The room was dirty and had a noticeable odor as soon as we walked in. It didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. One of the main reasons we booked was because the hotel advertises a hot tub, but after we arrived we found out it was closed “until further notice.” This was never mentioned before check-in. If we had known, we would have booked elsewhere. The hotel also advertises a fire pit, but nowhere does it mention that guests must bring their own firewood. I would have had absolutely no problem bringing my own wood if I had known ahead of time. It’s a simple detail that should be disclosed so guests can come prepared. Another disappointment was seeing that the hammocks that used to be on the property have been removed. It feels like many of the amenities that once made this hotel special are disappearing. Overall, the hotel needs to do a much better job with cleanliness and being transparent about unavailable amenities. There are plenty of other great places to stay in the North Conway area, and unfortunately I won’t be returning. Based on the condition of the room and the misleading information about the amenities, I feel this stay did not provide the value that was advertised, and I would like to receive a refund for my stay.

The room was very clean, great relaxed vibe. We enjoyed the pool and playground with our 3 year old. Our child also enjoyed seeing the train go by. I liked having the balcony at night. I will go back.
