Hampton Inn & Suites North Conway

we had a great time, room was large. but there was a sound of humming all night from like a furnace or something. staff was so accommodating when asking for help and needing things. Pool area was good, but no pool just to swim for adults, especially when kids were using slides. toddler and little kids great! just not for adults unless you love slides. hot tub was ok but usually full when we were there.

Great price for the hotel room we booked a double bed. The kids enjoyed the waterslide very much and surprisingly when you get back to the hotel room, the carpet was dry so you can tell the rooms and the hotel has been properly managed. Great location near everything if we are returning to the area we will definitely stay here again. Staffs are friendly too.

Clean, staff was fantastic, great breakfast for a free one, the water slides My son and I booked this specifically bc of the water slides. However the pool / slides were closed twice in the night we were there, due to a child pooping in the pool. We had to get up extra early the next morning to utilize the slides. The hotel staff was very apologetic and it was not their fault, however it made for a disappointing experience. When we did get to use the slides it was fun

Hampton Inn was well-thought out for families with young children We were with our granddaughters (age 4 & 8) who loved the room, the water slides, and the breakfast amenities. We greatly appreciated the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. Thanks for a great stay!

Breakfast and location were convenient. Should make sign at entrance more visible though. Pool had many restrictions and needs updating.

Good towels . AC was good View was great You have to request housekeeping whoch for us was fine The entire staff was friendly and helpful Grounds ,including pools and beach area were clean . Beach towels are avaliable so you sont need to buy/ bring them . We would definitely stay again.

Staff was very pleasant and helpful, especially to my two grandchildren (1 and 4). The pool was fun. The Taco truck on the premises (one of the nights) was a nice touch. We will definitely be going back.

Kids had a blast. Loved the pool area. I used the gym, good selection of dumbbells and cardio machines. Breakfast was delicious. Will be back!

Location, cleanliness, suite size The TV’s…would be nice if they had smart TV’s so my daughter could watch Netflix or Disney

Good. Had all the usual breakfast offerings. Rooms were average for decor. Not real soundproof. Could hear a lot of room noise, people walking in rooms around us, kids crying, some hall noise. Train going by made the room shake which surprised us. But, we liked the location, the amenities, friendly staff. Great for families. Pool and water slides great hit with kids. Would definitely stay again with our grandchildren.

Good, clean hotel with a fun water slides for the kids. Customer service was helpful and prompt. It’s also very dog-friendly, with lots of dogs staying on the property, which we really enjoyed!

Breakfast was excellent. Kids loved the water park! It was very clean and the double queen suite we booked was spacious. The location was 10/10 close to everything. Would absolutely stay again! The mattresses were on platforms so they moved very easily.
