Hotel Breakfast was very nice . Water slide was wonderful. Only issue I had I would drive by hotel couldn’t see the sign .

Awesome breakfast. Good parking space. Friendly staff except the one at the indoor waterpark. He behaves in strange ways. The air conditioner was too old to be regulated forcing us to switch it off when the rooms gets too cold.

Water slides were a lot of fun. Fun wadding pool area for little was good like a small frog slide and a bigger blue slide. No actual “pool” but would absolutely come again.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The pool entertained our child and the breakfast is included! Thank you so much for being a wonderful spot for us!

We had a wonderful experience from check in to check out. Friendly & helpful staff, great breakfast buffet. Clean rooms and awesome water activities for the kids. FYI: the only downfall was that the pool is not for swimming use but only for exit of the water slides. Although the water slides were a big hit with the kids, it also would have been nice to have an area to actually swim. Otherwise this was a 10 out of 10 experience and we will definitely return here on our next rip to North Conway.

Everyone was helpful and kind. I wish it had a traditional pool area, but the slides were fun. Breakfast was great, but it would have been nice to have scrambled eggs. Room was clean.

The laundry area was small and only had one dryer working out of two

Comfortable, clean and convenient, staff was friendly and really enjoyed the pool/hot tub after a long day. Breakfast and parking was plentiful, will definitely stay here again. Only issue: Bottled water was only upon request and limited per person yet coffee, tea and hot water was available all the time without asking.

I only was here one night. Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was an added bonus that I didn’t realize was included so it was a nice surprise.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was perfect for our family of 4. The kids loved the waterpark. They also enjoyed the breakfast bar. We would definitely come back.
