Excellent location and hotel. Brand new. Very quiet. Clean. Plenty of towels. Friendly and efficient staff. Would like to have had soap instead of body wash. Also, the body wash was nearly empty, and it took a million pumps to try and get some out of the bottle.

New hotel so everything was modern and clean. Near restaurants. Only negative is charging $15 for the same breakfast they include at other Hiltons. C'mon Hilton not going to break the bank for some eggs!

His English was broken. Sorry sometimes we couldn't understand him at all. But again the two managers during the day were nice to talk with.

Very clean, nice bathroom and large beds. Pool was well kept and had good hours. Breakfast was very basic - you’re better off going off into North Conway to one of the local restaurants.
