The Briarcliff offers clean, convenient no-frills accommodation in the the beautiful North Conway area. Check-in and checkout were easy. While the motel does not offer meals, there are many nearby local options. The room had information on local restaurants but much of it was outdated. There were no clear instructions on how to connect to the wifi (so I just used my hotspot). The air conditioner was quite noisy.

We were upgraded to a balcony room which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean. The staff was very friendly. The bathroom floor appeared unfinished at the edges and the room door handle was loose.

Bathroom and toilets were not clean at all. Every step makes a sound. Not the most clean place.

Location Rude front desk, the WiFi sucks and I was getting ready to leave and I noticed how the “cleaning “ personnel “ were doing their job. And let me tell you something, they did not change the sheets. + I did not see I single bottle with cleaning supplies, just a couple of rags.

The bed was comfortable, room was clean I didn’t have breakfast, the room was nice, I made the mistake of walking barefoot on the floor and got this grimy stuff all over my feet and almost slipped in the shower because of it. I’m assuming it was the cleaner that was used. I also didn’t like how the ac didn’t remain on, it kept turning off and on throughout the night which was annoying. Minor issues though, overall it was nice!

The White Mountains were wonderful, especially the cog railroad trip up incredible Mt. Washington. We also loved the Franconia Notch Basin Trail and Littleton, NH. Nothing particularly irked us!

The Lady on the check in desk was friendly. Comfortable beds. Clean fluffy towels. Walking around in my Sox's the floor's hadn't been cleaned my white Sox's were black

If your looking for a budget friendly stay this is it. Close to everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay again.

Room had hair everywhere. All over the pillows and in the bed. The bathroom looked like some shaved and no one ever cleaned it. Other than nothing being clean i guess it was ok

At least there was a bed I couldn’t even imagined how bad they were gonna treat us. Since we started to check in, the guy in reception were making us uncomfortable, asking weird and inappropriate questions to me and my friend. We had to tell him what was going on, if he was angry with us or what. We felt quite unsafe knowing this guy had keys to our room. I just prayed to finish the night and leave
