Staff was great! Outdoor environment was welcoming and a pleasant surprise. Room was nicely updated and a great stay overall. Would definitely go back. Off the main road and fairly quiet and relaxing.

Beautiful king suite newly renovated! The bed was very comfortable. The indoor pool was clean and refreshing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is very big which was perfect because we were hauling a trailer and had no problem parking. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you

There is also no hot tub like in the listing, not something I use on vacation but if this is important to you it is not here. Indoor pool is clean, pool room itself is strange, glass topped tables (safety hazard) and a bit dreary, only emergency lights work and not the overhead lights, gives a liminal space vibe. The broken hot tub has been moved out so they are starting to work in that space. It’s not bad, it just could be brighter.

Excellent location, but guests were a little noisy.

We stayed in a standard suite room and found it to be comfortable and clean. Would have preferred the second floor (if my husband could do stairs) due to the 5am to 7am noise our last night. Great location, accommodating staff, nice indoor pool. Our room could have used some updating.

The picture doesn't match the room that we stayed in at all. We had an "older room" it was carpeted through out and not the wooden floor. It did not have the hanging door as shown either but a very old accordion folding divider. There are 1 tv in the living room/open space area that was small and had a weird remote that we had to get replaced since it didn't work. We tried to use the pull out couch and it was full of food crumbs, etc so just slept on the couch instead. It wasn't horrible and the two people that helped us during our stay were great just a different place to stay at. It was definitely a budget getaway/stay location for families looking for a larger room/area in North Conway area. They did have a small play ground and a fire pit/grill outside which was nice. No breakfast so come prepared to go to the bagel shop next door which is great but small and busy.

Set back from the main strip of n conway. Close enough to walk, but far enough its still quiet and secluded. Price was perfect for for room soze and property placement. Staff was light hearted and helpful beyond requirements. Somekne called out friday, and the desk was staffed by maintenance and cleaners, they handled it awesome and made sure everything went smoothly. Will definitely be our go to hotel from now on for our visits up north. Only down fall, hot tub was removed and pool was a little cold, but not enough of a problem to ruin the trip. Solid 10s across the board

Need a refresh of rooms and grounds

I love the place. Was clean and very safe.

The problem is the entire time I was there. I was super itchy and it felt like I was being bit by something, but never saw any bug. The place was filthy. There was hair on the shower walls dirt on the floor. The furniture was stained and smelled weird. The entire place smelled like mold or mildew.

Place generally clean. Bathtub was a little dirty around the bottom but not a big deal . Beds were a little hard. Hot tub was closed and pool was open when we got there. But when we went to use it, it had a sign that said closed for 48 hours for cleaning. The breakfast they had out were some soggy donut in a plastic box. The girl at the front was super sweet though

Your door locks with a code which is your room number! Did not feel secure.

Staff was friendly and helpful All good

The rooms were well kept and although the facility is a little older, it didnt feel that way too much. Indoor pool looked nice and the family room area is spacious. As with inns that have been renovated, you will need to carry luggage upstairs.

This was an excellent hotel for our family on a road trip. The suite gave our family of 6 plenty of space. The staff were very friendly, the pool area fantastic and even had toys, and they had a game room and small library. We also loved that it was 7 minutes from Diana's Falls. We loved everything.
