Best Western Plus JFK Inn & Suites

Always a pleasure to stay here. Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast is always good. Plenty of coffee. I'm usually traveling alone and feel safe here with a well lit parking area.

So very clean and very well maintained. We felt safe and secure at hotel. Great area with quick access from I-40

Location. Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast is good. There were lots of noise going on in the neighborhood.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and professional. The sink was not well maintained.

Well no towels in pool area. Not clean in pool area. All chairs and tables was filthy. Room was nice and clean for the most part. Pool was supposed to close at 10pm. But the lights was off and ppl was still swimming n yelling. My room was directly across from pool. At check out front desk clerk was ride and very sharp towards me when I pulled her away from her desk where she was just sitting on cell phone and asked that she give me a receipt of our stay. She said we will email it. I said no yall dont have one on file. I booked using Expedia but paid at property on arrival. She snapped at me and said I can't give you a receipt at all then. Bye. So uncalled for. And did not represent hotel at all. Nasty and dirty and not very well dressed at all like that front desk clerks that was there in the evening or nightshift. They where awesome. Not the tall skinny black woman with tats n piercings in face. Awful attitude.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast fantastic. Property very well maintained. Very comfortable settings.

This location is awesome but the Jackson location is not.

It definitely was a great place, the lady that was on breakfast duty was very sweet, I didn’t catch her name, but she wears glasses, and our last stay she was very helpful and friendly, which you don’t see much these days, but overall quite helpful with clean towels everyday and hotel seemed very well maintained!

The carpet on the second floor reeked of dog urine. The room smelled old and musty.

Breakfast was great biscuits and gravy hard to beat and clean rooms nice area
