Only one set of towels for 2 people for a two night stay one face towel one bed couldn’t be slept in something in the bed was biting the person who tried to sleep in it but every thing was ok in the other beds refused to attempt fix window shade day shift staff on Saturday bad attitude

The breakfast staff was very nice, it was clean, breakfast was good but there should be option of eggs without peppers etc in them for allergy reasons. Desk was nice but our keys kept not working replaced them multiple times and they were aware and said it's been happening for the past few weeks. Completely inconvenient. Went to the pool one night it was pleasant until a family with little kids who were running and jumping constantly prompted us to leave. The next day I woke up with a rash, maybe the pool maybe the sheets Coincidenceor not idk. It didn't go away so as soon as i was home 2days later I saw a dr. They said it looks material now im using an ointment for a week to see it it helps. Upon returning to our room on sat. 7/25 there was a ceiling tile with a camera on the floor outside our room that had fell there were wires hanging and water dripping the carpet was wet stinky and pieces ceiling all over. I took a picture and showed it to the front desk she said yeah we know and she was surprised it hadn't been picked up I also suggested a bucket for the water drip. The big chunk was picked up when I returned to my room later but no bucket and lots of small pcs on floor it was finally vacumed the next day and there was a bucket by that night. 2days later it was still dripping and open ceiling upon leaving on 7/27. The rest of the property was fine you can see its not deep cleaned often. I understand its older and wasn't the most expensive but i expect clean room

Beautiful room. The best sleep I have had in a long time. Highly recommend.

It is ok for a comfortable place to relax.

Trash still in the room, no towels were left in the room. Then there was a dirty wash cloth hanging on the shower curtain. Contacted front desk and all she said was cleaning lady must have forgotten to take out the trash and put towels. Not caring at all!

Even though it’s dog friendly there aren’t many places for dogs to do their business. There are a few homeless walking around also.

We stayed one night here. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but would like a few more options but we still went away full. Will return if we’re in the area again.

Staff and breakfast were friendly and efficient! Quiet and comfortable.

Harley was extremely helpful during check-in. Our room and jetted tub were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good and warm. AC worked amazingly and the entire staff was friendly.

The location was great.

Our stay is wonderful, room is very clean. Very friendly staff and certainly enjoyed our breakfast buffet. Will come again next year for our annually church camp meeting.

WiFi was terrible, get connected and lose it , connected and lose it. Useless. If you have business to conduct on a laptop, go down to the lobby to use it.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. The hotel could use a little refreshing in the rooms. The lobby is updated and modern.

Nice stay for our family!

Very kind staff, we arrived very late with our dogs and kids and they were so accommodating. Breakfast was good also, room was clean, and for being a pet friendly hotel, it was pretty quiet. I just wish they had a grassy area to the dogs but not a necessity. Would recommend!
