Best Western Plus JFK Inn & Suites

WiFi was terrible, get connected and lose it , connected and lose it. Useless. If you have business to conduct on a laptop, go down to the lobby to use it.

One night stop, late at night. Staff was friendly, beds comfortable. Breakfast was better than most.

Staff was friendly, room was clean. The hotel could use a little refreshing in the rooms. The lobby is updated and modern.

Nice stay for our family!

Very kind staff, we arrived very late with our dogs and kids and they were so accommodating. Breakfast was good also, room was clean, and for being a pet friendly hotel, it was pretty quiet. I just wish they had a grassy area to the dogs but not a necessity. Would recommend!

Property was dated. Clean to the eye but not once you look closer. No hand sanitizer in the dispenser in front of elevator.

This is a well maintained older property. The staff was very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and did not smell! The beds were so comfortable and seemed new! Very nice continental breakfast. The only drawback would be the indoor pool. Cloudy water, heater, not working, probably very old. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.

Room was as expected. Clean, cool and comfortable. Breakfast was a good way to start your day- fresh, warm and big variety of many items.

I love it here. Quiet and not much going on.

Good sized room. Great water pressure as well. The surrounding area is all rocks so it's not very pet friendly for bathroom trips. The water pressure was great but the drain in the tub didn't drain fast enough so i stood in a tub of water during my shower. The bathroom had zero ventilation and was very hot/stuffy.

Overall, the hotel and staff was very nice.

Easy to get to downtown events. Quiet and safe area. Comfortable bed, but pillows need replaced. Breakfast good . There are no restaurants within walking distance. Flyway Brewery is a great place/area for drinks and eats, but you have to drive to get there.

This is an older hotel and is very similar to other Best Westerns, nice for a moderate price, but hasn’t been kept up to date.

Easy access and super clean!! No bench for us smokers outside
