When I was checking in the staff member was on the phone and did not get off. We had to use our credit card for the internet. Requested towels and was told we had to do a deposit. No breakfast as advertised. This not a good experience. Do not recommend!!

Location and the room The staff is rude and unprofessional, the elevators barely work, and I was given someone else’s room at first

It was okay but definitely could’ve been a lot better. Just could have been cleaner. Cleaning could have used improvements for sure.

Breakfast was adequate. Staff was very kind friendly. The fitness center was okay. My room was clean and secure. The location of the hotel is not great. There were ants on the breakfast counter that I had to avoid. The treadmill in the fitness center was not working, and there were no hand towels or water in the water jug. That was ok, because I had my own water, but there was a place for dirty and clean towels that hadn't been restocked. When I went to wash my face with a wash cloth, though it looked clean, was covered in hair, which I then had to clean off my face. I probably wouldn't stay here again.

Price was good. Convince to interstate. Kind of in the hood, but property was pretty safe breakfast area was thrash. Spilled milk everywhere and breakfast was abysmal. Cereal and slices of bread. Had employees behind desk could have cleaned breakfast area. And maybe put more options out

The 1st room, ac unit front panel was on the floor and the refrigerator did not work. They tried to give us a second room that was already occupied by another customer. The 3rd room, the sheets were not clean, remote didn’t work for the tv, the room didn’t have an iron, and it was mold present in the refrigerator.

This hotel was run down and asked for a $75 deposit. I paid the deposit ..only slept in the room nothing more ...didn't cause any damage..the room was in horrible dirty condition...yet they charged me the security deposit? No that isnt fair or accurate.

The check in lady was nice and pleasant The bathroom light was flickering . Mentioned the front desk guy but nothing was done. We had to go to the front desk to get a new lightbulb and install ourselves. Also, the toilet got clogged and couldn't be fully fixed due to human waste coming up from the bath tub. Would not recommend.
