We enjoyed our stay

The first room we were given the toilet didn’t work, the second room we got we didn’t use the shower because the water came out an icky yellow brown and then the toilet water started coming out the same way even in the tank. The breakfast that was in the warmer was cold even though it hadn’t been out maybe ten minutes, and the milk that was put out tasted bad. The staff was nice but the altogether quality of the stay wasn’t the best.

The worst managed hotel I have stayed in in years. I accidently left a case with my prescription medications in my room when I checked out. I only realized it when I got unpacked at my final destination 6 hours later. I attempted to contact the hotel to see if they had been found by the cleaning staff but no one ever answered the phone. I finally contacted a customer service rep from Choice Hotels home office she tried to reach the hotel and was also unable to reach anyone on duty. This very helpful service rep told me she was on the night shift and would keep trying. She texted me the next morning as she went off shift and advised that she had tried 17 times to reach the hotel, but no one ever picked up.

Elevator was hot, repeatedly had smells, and needs better ventilation.

Great staff, great breakfast, very clean, and good neighborhood. In parking was convenient right in front of my room. I will definitely stay here again.

I got up early in the morning to go out to my car and there was yelling going on across the street in a parking lot. It kind of scared me being a female by myself, so I went back in the hotel and was just simply asking the guy at the counter if it was a safe area and I guess I disturbed his video watching or something because he jumped up and asked me what the problem was very rudely walked out there and made it like I was the problem. Made sure to tell me that that’s an abandoned building that people hanging around there all the time the cops are right down the road, then he said now do you still have a problem? He should’ve gone out of his way to make me feel safe instead of being rude and acting like I was being a bother to him. I was not happy with his customer service skills

Clean and friendly

it was good. The breakfast lacked no sugar options is my only complaint.

The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was dirty and smelled like pee.

Clean room

Checking was super easy. The room door handles had some quirks about opening properly, but nothing terrible. Hotel was clean and maintained. Room had mini fridge and microwave. beds were comfortable. Bathroom had a tub so I was able to soak after a long day at the hospital. Breakfast was meh - we ate pretty standard breakfast, eggs sausage, waffles, biscuits were too hard to eat, but body was nourished. The price was great. It's next to a Justice facility, but not in a sketchy way - well maintained and safe feeling. Right off interstate and next to gas stations and taco truck across the street. They have the shampoo and conditioner mounted in the shower which is nice. What I want to thank them for is the use of the pool. We lost our mom the day we checked in. I saw the pool and we brought up our nieces and nephews to swim - they are elementary aged and it was so nice to see them laugh and have fun after such a hard day losing their grandma. Thank you so much for your kindness allowing them to be there and the extra towels. We finally slept for the 1st time all week.

We got there an hour early and requested early check-in and were denied. Parking was convenient. Our room was clean and bright. We could clearly hear the tv in the room next to ours. This continued throughout the day and night. Mattresses were ok but did not have a mattress pad on the so you could feel the design of the mattress top through the sheet. Mattresses had springs. Water pressure in our sink and shower went down when room next to ours flushed or used the shower. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast. The attendant was super sweet. I was concerned that the mini-fridge holding butter, boiled eggs and yogurt was set at 48 degrees and was not cold. Overall, this was a typical 2-star hotel. I was expecting a little better since it had good reviews.

Leo was great but the breakfast was not very good
