Saw a huge roach in the stairway lady in the morning desk was a pain and loud

The staff was very courteous and professional

It was clean but not well maintained. Alright for the price not bad just needed some repairs to the property. I had a nice quiet sleep and hot breakfast in the morning.

I look forward to staying here again. It was exactly what I needed. Passing through town.

The hotel is conveniently located off the I-40 with easy access to the JFK and some great food up in North Little Rock. The room is well sized and comfortable and it was a sound night's sleep. The break was functional, but tasty and really the kind of thing you need to get going on another day of driving. The bathroom could be a little better stocked in terms of toiletries and towels.

Hallway had no AC. Musty smell in hotel. Bathrooms in both rooms needed paint fixing no vent in bathrooms. Elevator no AC needs paint fixing. Outdoor not as pictured. Breakfast was incomplete no milk but had cereal . Quality not good.

Hotel in dire need of facelift. Getting into and out not pleasent.

When my family and I got to our room, it smelled musty and moldy. The sheets looked so worn and questionable that we actually checked them for bed bugs. The final straw was the strong sewage smell coming from the shower drain. At that point, I decided to pack up my family and leave for another hotel. All of this happened within an hour of checking in. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Bed was comfortable room was clean. Area surrounding hotel was dirty and sketchy with homeless and trash.

I didn't like anything I booked walked into the room found a stain on a chair in the bed sheets there was crumbs and the bathroom sink and tub were dirty. Shower Cleanliness, bad customer service, didn’t know anything about the room request, bad quality sheets/ quilt, half pillows, nasty walls, only stayed 2 nights and wasn’t able to be refund for the 3rd night.

I got there went in room looking in the bathroom painted peeling off the tub bad they gave me another room went in there same thing so I left it alone then boom turn my tv on and it's broke smh ... the breakfast looked horrible did a waffle it was so nasty it taste like egg only thing was the staff was ok and the bed was comfy I won't be back
