Currently under renovation but our room was remodeled and nice. It looks rough on outside but room was clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was great.

Breakfast was excellent. Fee for pet was excellent. Would of liked an elevator but made 1 floor fine

Great Value

One of the better hotels that I've stayed at. Nice and easy for an overnight stay. Breakfast was also good.

The other suite had the incorrect remote for the TV in the living room. A gentleman from the front desk tried to help with that, however he could not get the remote to work. So we were unable to ever use the TV in the living room. We rented this hotel for the pool and the hot tub. The hot tub is boarded up and closed down. So if you intend to use the hot tub, just know there is not one to use. The hot tub should not be advertised as part of the amenities. The breakfast on the weekend was cold and items not refilled regularly, country gravy was runny like water. The breakfast on the weekdays was fresh hot and refilled regularly. The assistant manager, I can’t remember her name. She spoke both English and Spanish. She was absolutely amazing!!!

Not a well maintained property. The shower drained so slowly, you were standing in water up to your ankles by the time you were done. The air conditioner was so loud with an annoying whining noise, had to eventually just turn it off. There was poster size peeling paint on the bathroom door. We had to be sure to wear socks when walking around the room because I don’t think they mopped the floor. My feet were dirty on the bottom after walking around after I got out of the shower. Overall, pretty dirty and run down.

Hotel has been an under renovations, which are not finished. We were given an jjiijADA room in the reconstruction area. The room was old, with some added grab bars and a hand held shower head attached way too high for most women. It was not cleaned of construction dust. The dead bolt on the door would not lock.

Convenient location and good price for a high demand weekend. The indoor pool was clean however the hot tub was broken and covered with wood. The free hot breakfast was fine, nothing fancy but better than a continental breakfast. The cleanliness of the room left lots to be desired. Sink was clogged and there were lots of mystery hairs all over the vanity. Available toiletries were weird, No shampoo but there were like three full bottles of lotion mounted in the shower. Was an ok stay for what we needed but the room definitely gave us and ick vibe.

Old, run down property. I reserved a King room online and got a handicap king room, which O feel guilty given there might be someone who needs it. The property was dirty. Bathroom tub was horrible. Mold was present, grime in tub, shower curtain was filthy. Staff didn’t seem to care and treated me like just another complaining guest.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean. We stayed in a suite and we were pleased with the size of the room, but the TV disnt work and the air conditioning was working . It was warm in the hotel. The breakfast was good with alot of choices. The pool was good, we were disappointed the hot tub wasn't working.

Breakfast fantastic
-
Front desk personnel were awesome Facility outdated, room smelled of old pipes, bathroom smell of old water, no elevator
-
Good location It was filthy dirty. Very run down. Extremely poor cleaning staff. The only thing clean in the room was the bedding and towels. Dino in the restaurant/bar was the only redeemable thing about the place. 10/10 would never go again. Especially for 300$ a night
