Ramada by Wyndham North Platte & Sandhills Convention Ctr

When I walked on the floors my feet turned black. I had to clean my feet and put my shoes back on. It appeared that there was also blood on my wall near the tv. I notified the front desk and nothing was done. Gross don’t stay here.

The hotel is being rennovated and the changes will be fantastic. For a rural area there are some onsight perks such as small casino and bar and pizza only restaurant.

Bathroom was dirty. No elevator for husband with stroke.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was filling and fresh. I want to give special mention to The Lacona Bar and Grill. The food is made fresh and very flavorful. Handmade pizza dough, authentic Butter chicken, hand breaded fried chicken. You can't go wrong giving this little local place a try. All in all a great experience at Ramada and Lacona Grill at a great price.

Staff was really great! Parking lot is very large and nice if you are towing. Breakfast was great. Sausage eggs hash browns and biscuits and gravy!

The saving grace was the woman working the front desk. She was more than helpful getting us into another room even though they were near capacity.

Everything was fine. Bed was comfortable.

4 years in a row at this hotel and never disappoints!

The good parts…ample parking, were able to park outside our room. We were provided with a clean comfortable bed. Attached restaurant was handy. Buffet breakfast was great! The bad parts… The room old, smelly, chair badly stained, air conditioner did not work. Service at restaurant was not good. Did not live up to its rating as a 3 star hotel.

If you are looking for is a five star hotel, this isn’t it. However, if you want a good stay for a good price with very nice and accommodating staff, this is it. We had a family reunion there and they helped us out so much with space and help. There is a ton of space and things to do. Game room 21+. There is also a restaurant/ bar, also. The rooms are comfortable with what we needed, clean, nice beds. My only real problem is that it was very hot in all areas except for the rooms. Very uncomfortable. It’s not a new hotel but I think they are doing some improvements. Breakfast was good. Overall a good place.

The bathroom was in need of multiple repairs. We will be booking a different stay for our next trip.

Staff was great! Room was clean! Lobby and game room had 0 air flow and we're extremely warm. We were sweating just sitting there. The pool was open but the hot tub was completely covered and unusable. The beds were rock hard. The breakfast was decent. This obviously a hotel/convention center that was built around a previously existing motel and you could really see it.

close to highway and lots of places to eat and shop. Easy to locate.

The room was spacious but they are obviously doing construction and remodeling so there are a lot of areas that are unfinished or stained. The breakfast and the lobby areas were large and clean

The LVP flooring was not clean. We spilt a little bit of water and wiped it up and the rag was black. We had housekeeping come and clean the floors and they used a concentrate and a dirty swiffer. It left a sticky residue. So, I took a wet hand towel and wiped everywhere we walked... and it was filthy.

Served its purpose for one night though. Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast.

ALL GOOD WILL STAY AGAIN

Outside of property needs cleaning up, badly. Construction left the entrance to our room rather dirty. Room was clean. Breakfast was really good with lots of options.
