Staff was friendly! We were able to check in early and enjoy the amenities! The location to Boardwalk was amazing and exceeded our expectations Super strict in check out time! Housekeeping was at our door at 9:59 knocking got 10:00 checkout

Staff was friendly Dirty, charged me more upon arrival than I was quoted when I booked, toilet paper was awful

Great location and pool Air conditioner was very loud and set up right above the bed. Pillows were flat and uncomfortable.

The staff was horrible and treated me and my husband like we were trash. The staff was racist and charged us $90 extra for 1yr old twins. The room was very small and dirty. The owner at the property complained to me because I saw some of my family on the boardwalk and they walked us back to our room to sit and chat on the balcony. The staff tried to charge me for that as well. Not fair. Just for a one night stay. Worst hotel and worst way treated by staff and owner.

The location is perfect with easy boardwalk and beach access! The staff was very welcoming and friendly and our room was ready 3 hours early! The beds were very comfortable- better than my own!! Unit was very clean and quiet.

The owners were extremely friendly and very accommodating. We had an issue not being able to arrive until after the office was closed and they went out of the way to make accommodations for us. The room was clean and comfortable. Will absolutely stay again

Location was good The room looks downgraded and dirty. We couldn't connect to the Wifi, and they made me pay for my Service Animal dog, which is illegal. Our dog is a registered service animal. Although we are not required to show documentation about his status, we did, so they believe it. He had his animal service harness on, but they ended up charging us and never gave the money back

Very clean and all the staff are friendly. Great location right on the boardwalk and beach entrance. Mattress is likely due for replacement.

Friendly Showers

The location is the selling point. The view was very good! The room was so extremely musty to the point I had a sinus headache the entire trip. The room was also not clean, especially the bathroom shower and toilet. The sheets and pillows were overly worn. It was not a comfortable stay at all.

Breakfast was easy to find Room 333 is located in the back where fresh air don't come in.....every room has a ash tray outside of the room.....room 332 and 333 definitely don't need a ash tray because the cigarette smells travels inside the room...which makes the room STINK LIKE A Box OF CIGARETTES...I had to go to Walmart and get myself a candle because I couldn't handle the smell of cigarettes from room 332 even tho room 332 was smoking outside but that smell trapped around 333.
