La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Denver Northglenn

well. to start.I booked a room at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Denver Northglenn and arrived to see it was a Ramada Inn. Property looked wore out and needed some improvements. ice machine was filthy. Woke up to ants and a dying bug on the bathroom counter. No hot water at bathroom sink but had hot water in bathtub. House phone not plugged in. Had no picture on tv just showed what channel you had on. $130 not well spent!!

Bed was decent, pillows could’ve been better. Our sink plunged up on the last day of visit. Funny smell in the room. Could hear people in the rooms next to us above us and people walking around right outside. Doors had to slam shut. Lots of activity happening outside late at night.

Very pleasant staff made check in easy. The room was clean and very tidy and comfortable. We did not use the amenities. Convenient to our event.

Let me start by saying I thought I was booking a Hotel (preference for safety as it was 2 females and a baby traveling alone) under the property name LaQuinta but upon arrival it was a Ramada Motel. The room was clean . We flew in to visit family & brought limited things with us. The hair dryer provided was just sad & when plugged in, the outlet sank into the wall. The water was exceptionally hot which was ok except the faucet knob was hot to touch and water was running out from around the knob. Their ice machine was broken the entire stay and no options for ice were provided . They did have laundry room which was easy to down load app and use but no detergent to purchase on site. Overall for a place to sleep and shower it was just ok .

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice. Thats about the only good thing to say about the hotel. There was a lady slumped over in a car outside of my room when we arrived. The door for my room wasn't the appropriate size and there was an opening at the bottom I had to stuff a towel in to make sure no critters came in. I wish I would have taken photos. Breakfast was minimal.The pool water looked cloudy and dirty so we never got in. I don't feel any of these issues are the staffs fault but management needs to invest in the property.

Our room was dirty. Bedding was not cleaned. There was pubic hair in one,of the beds. Comforter and pillowcases were dirty and had stains on them. The place looks like a rent by the week motel. One of the worst places I have ever stayed at.

2nd elevator not working. difficult for a handicap person

Clean room. Comfortable bed. No hot water for shower at 5:45 am.

I really hope that they figure things out because it's in a great location for when we come to visit my family in Colorado.

I liked the clean rooms, the staff was really nice, the area of the hotel was clean and well maintained aswell! The beds were a little hard and the shower pressure was low but that was it.

It’s wasn’t clean, bedding was dirty and they don’t do any housekeeping and even if you call to request towels they don’t deliver. Breakfast was super limited.

Terrible service

New company got rid of alot of the problems there.nice new clean rooms.place has cleaned up.

Nothing, not a dam thing was pleasant or made me want to say let's book it again please. When you book a hotel and pay for the hotel online you dont expect to have to pay a deposit in cash or be turned away at 1am. After further review there is no where on the booking.com website or the hotels website that says will be held hostage by losing your payment if you dont have 100.00 dollars in cash to give the Crack head at the front desk. This deposit wasn't even brought up until after the room was paid for and then was told I can wait 7 to 14 days for a refund if I didn't produce a cash deposit. Over all stay was trash between the police telling me to vacate the room due to the couple above me throwing shit at each other or the prostitutes turning tricks in the room next door. But nothing screams pay 100.00 plus dollars and 100.00 deposit for a Marijuana filled atmosphere let's not forget the cochroaches big enough to carry the dresser off. Mold in the shower bed had wrinkles hence why I slept in a chair TV didn't work, half the lights didn't work not a parking spot to be seen within the hotel, forced to park on the street. Staff rude, unpleasant and poor hygiene they smelled worse than a bums armpit on hot summer day. Breakfast, get real I payed to sleep in a chair for 2 hours before being told to leave by the cops. That hotel was a scum hole ran by a bunch of scummy, trashy, uneducated con artist people who didn't have one sense of hotel hospitality.

Easy check in. Great price. Comfortable bed. TV was small and the fridge was very loud.
