My husband, two sons and I stayed for one night at this hotel and I have to say I am thankful it was only one. The parking lot is small and has homeless roaming around. Checkin process went well. But then when we got on the elevator to go up to our 3rd floor room we noticed profanity on the doors of the elevator. The hall was clean. In our room, only one channel worked on the tv. The lighting around the headboard had a short in the switch and only worked part of the time. There were stains on almost every towel and mold in the shower. But at least the beds were comfy and spacious. In the morning we went down to breakfast at 8am and they were out of almost everything and the breakfast setup was a mess. The breakfast attendant was more worried about getting herself some food and coffee then she was about keeping the area stocked and cleaned for the guest. Then I went to the front desk to turn in the keys and get out of there. The guy helped the lady in front of me and then walked away to go stock the cooler in the lobby. I walked up to him and very politely said "I needed to check out too. That's why I was standing in line." He preceded to tell me "Okay thanks for staying and give us a Google review."

My family and I have been traveling more frequently and have had more positive experiences in other hotels. One issue I had was a couple of the towels that are provided with the room had brown stains on them. Luckily I have a habit of bringing my own towels from home just in case. I did not mention it to the staff. Communication was mediocre, staff really didn't say much. Overall the experience was just okay.

When I had to leave the next morning, it was about 10 minutes before breakfast was going to open and they would not let me take a couple of mini muffins with me. The staff was friendly enough but didn't seem motivated to be super helpful.

The room was old. We’re stains on the wall. The water did not drain properly in the tub. The microwave was broken. Air conditioner was loud.

Disappointing

Could have been cleaner, but overall okay.

Pictures on line are deserving. Other guests yelling all night and fighting. We could hear children running from floor above early in morning. When I would call front desk they never answered and I had to walk down and they would be sitting down on their phones. The person who checked us in was not very personable. Hotel bedding was stained and looked gross. Very outdated. Don’t recommend.

The bathroom floor tiles were loose and broken, which felt unsafe. The security lock on the room door didn’t work, which was especially concerning from a safety standpoint. On top of that, the ice machine was out of service during our stay. While the hotel may look clean on the surface, the lack of maintenance and attention to basic repairs made the experience much worse than expected. I hope management addresses these issues because they significantly impact both guest comfort and safety.

Customer service was great

When I punched in hotels with hot tub this came up as one of the first ones I should have checked by calling them but there was no hot tub. Also it sounded like the people above us were moving furniture and children were jumping off the bed till late in the night after normal quiet hours. They wouldn't stop we actually had to make a call to the front desk. I believe they also placed us on the floor where residents live. There was fighting among people within the rooms almost sounded domestic violence.

Good breakfast and nice clean room. Bed needs to be replaced because of the dip on side. Bad connection to the TV because most of the channels were a little saturated and not able to show closed captions.

Couldn't check in at 3:00pm still cleaning room, then once we did get in the room the mice were leaving (yes I said Mice) watched them scurry under our door to the hallway. Never less my family was traumatized the rest of the night. Handicap parking was right next to the s.oking area so when we needed to go to our car we smelt like cigarettes the rest of our stay. Otherwise it was well not the Comfort I was use to at Comfort Inns...

I never leave reviews but honestly not a great hotel. On my way out the front desk person asked me to leave a review. When we first arrive the room smells of cigarettes this usually doesn’t bother me but the smell was horrible. We were in the room next to the elevator and all night you could hear it going up and down so loud it would wake us from our sleep. We didn’t even want to complain and attempted to stick it out. The sheets had stains all over them as well along with the towels. The breakfast was decent not the best but it was alright. The next day the smell was still horrible so we asked to be moved. They stated there was nothing they could do as they were booked out which they weren’t. They stated they could send housekeeping to clean. They didn’t send them once as I had asked three times as they kept stating we were still on the “list” to be cleaned. The ice machine didn’t work. I went to talk to the front desk lady to ask about the ice machine and she was asleep at the counter . Also during our stay it was extremely hot. The rooms have air conditioners but they barley work. All around a terrible experience you can tell they tried to fix up the place but definitely still needs a lot of work and better costumer service.

The pool was freezing cold and for a few nights out of order Under the bed had not been cleaned as it had food and drinks from a previous stay
-
The room was below standard, with dirty linen and bedbugs! We requested new sheets. We did not enjoy our stay at all!
