FairBridge Inn & Suites Thornton

Spent 2 nights here with my family of 4. The 3rd floor smelled like some sort of curry it was cool at first but after the second night of it smelling like that I was over it. Someone’s cooking something in their room or something. Anyway, everything seemed decent-ish, the hot tub was blocked off and the pool looked sad. Breakfast was sad so we didn’t eat it. And someone had the audacity to call and say we were being too loud when it was just myself and my son in the room and he was watching a movie on his tablet and I was watching Harry Potter on the tv since it was the only decent thing playing. What did not make sense is the hotel staff lady that came up said someone complained it was loud the night before at around midnight. When we were all literally asleep after a super long day they started at 5am. Definitely don’t recommend 2.5/5.0 unless it’s a single night and everything else is absolutely booked (not happening). AC was good tho. Elevator on the sketchy side.

The staff was almost impossible to find. Hot tub didn't work. When I did need help, I had to wake the guy up off the couch to help me, and he was a real jerk about it

Hotel was under a different name than what was booked, listed as a Baymont. Front desk staff was beyond amazing and super friendly. Minimal offering for breakfast but clean eating area. Room has peeling wall in shower and sheets had burn holes. Only had 3 towels on our room and towels were torn.

First of all, they still have old signage up for Baymont Hotel, which confused us on where the hotel was. We get to our room and there was an awful smell. The bathroom tile was broken and so was the shower bar. I picked up a towel that had stains on it, gross. Daily housekeeping is not a thing, even though it is advertised. We had our room cleaned ONE time the whole 8 days we were there. When we asked for clean towels, we were told ‘Oh, I don’t have any. Wait until the morning.’ The fitness center was closed and the pool looked gross. When it was time to check out, as we were getting our stuff ready to head out, an employee knocked on the door at 11:05 am to see if we knew it was check out time. Oh and not to mention, our smoke alarm had no batteries. Would not stay here again nor recommend this hotel. Thank goodness our days were spent outside the hotel and not cooped up in inside. The only plus is the hot water actually works.

Front desk staff are very helpful, friendly and go above and beyond! Housekeeping ladies are wonderful too! Carpets in the rooms need to be replaced and bedding has some stains. Appreciate the front desk staff working with us to get the best deal!

Front desk agent didn’t answer phone for over an hour. Then I waited 30 minutes for him to come to the desk and mentioned it. He yelled at me and called me a liar. Then refused to honor my booking

Pictures were misleading. Breakfast was very minimal. Heater worked, but the AC did not in our room, so it was very warm. Lots of things were broken down and not well-maintained. Hot tub didn’t work. Water stains on the walls and ceiling. Broken tile in the bathroom.

Had the worst attitude from the staff and the breakfast was absolutely awful.

Absolutely amazing staff went above and beyond!!!! I had trouble getting an Uber connection to attend the wedding of my granddaughter. Staff not only got hold of an Uber driver, they provided a coupon to save on cost, and stayed near the front door location to make sure Iner arrived on time for me to make the wedding!!!!! They were very accommodating and helpful!!!!

I was expecting to stay at the Fair bridge but instead it was the Baymont? This business is advertising under 2 different names and is false advertising the name until you get there, there excuse is they changed names? But you can reserve hotel under both Fairbridge and Baymont and expedia is letting them advertise this way, very misleading!!

The room itself was not clean when I arrived, and the towels provided had questionable stains on them. I asked for fresh towels but was unable to get any replacements, which only made the situation worse. The complimentary breakfast was also very misleading. It looked nothing like the photos advertised online and had very few options to choose from. Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic cleanliness standards, and the lack of customer service made an already bad experience even more frustrating. I cannot recommend staying here.
