Steer clear of this property. There are many others close by. I travel extensively, and this is one of the worst places I’ve stayed yet.

For the price, we were happy with our stay. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room was clean but starting to show signs of wear. The pool was good. The breakfast was okay with cereal, bagels and make your own waffles. A bit disappointed with no fruit option and only coffee or milk for beverages. Location was easy to get to once we found out that the name on the hotel was Baymont and not Fairbridge.

The room was too cold we couldn't adjust temp.

We checked-in late in the night on a Friday. The hotel carpets didn't seem clean, fixtures on the wall were broken. The chair in the room was dirty. While we stayed just for a night, it didn't seem like the most inviting place. Kinda sketchy i

The staff here is amazing. They’re helpful polite I will recommend this place to my friends and family 10 out of 10.

Hotel let me leave my car there while up in the mountains for a few days after my stay. Aside from having to wait until 4pm to check in, and the homeless people, it was pretty nice

The rooms are run down. Peeled wallpaper, broken tile, old fixtures that are rusting, old coffee maker in rooms, hot breakfast was frozen sandwiches from Costco.

The staff was amazing and very helpful my only complaint was everything was dated and things in the room weren’t clean and old like the chairs in the room had pet hair and cigarette burns

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I was so tired I determined to make the best of whatever I had. But it was so bad I had to ask for a different room and then that room was not acceptable and I had to go to a third room, which was the best of the three but also not good.

Upon trying to check in was told they did not have a reservation for us. Instead of offering to accommodate us the front counter guy just kept saying he didn’t have any reservation. He was not helpful or friendly. The property was alright looking from the outside not great once walking in.

Service was great, I liked the room. The only issue was my room key had a hard time opening the door and almost had to go to the front desk daily to get it to work again.

Owner/manager was rude. The other staff attempted to be kinder. Cops there and overall not pleasant
