There was damage in our room including a broken window. Also only had two bath towels and they didn’t have any more to provide for our family of five when I asked at the front desk. The pool and hot tub were both poorly maintained and gross. The water in the hot tub was cloudy and there was hair floating in it. The pool water smelled awful. The paint was chipping and chips were gathering at the bottom of the pool. The drain covers were rusty and just sitting on the bottom of the pool but not where they should be covering the drains. My kids were very disappointed when I was not comfortable letting them swim. Breakfast was very minimal compared to similarly priced hotels we’ve stayed at but all my kids ever want is waffles so they were satisfied. I would only stay here again if it’s the only place I could find availability within what I could afford. I’ve stayed in much worse places but this experience was definitely below average.

The room was not clean at all. The beds weren’t even made. The doors did not lock. They would not give me another room and I walked out..

You get what you pay for! A few things worth noting, it is not quiet both outside (cars) and inside due to thin walls and other guests, it was hard to get a good nights sleep. I’m not sure if the rooms are smoking but my room smelled like smoke from either the outside or other rooms. The bed was clean but not comfortable. There are sketchy people around the hotel at night, so lock cars and bring in belongings. It is next to a gas station and Starbucks and lots of other walkable restaurants so it’s excellent for convenience. I didn’t have the breakfast but it looks amazing. It’s a super basic cheap motel, it did the job, but I wouldn’t go having high expectations. My room was clean but the shower door didn’t close all the way and tons of water got on the floor. The staff was so nice and friendly. On price alone I would stay there again…but that’s it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was not cleaned properly, and housekeeping did not provide fresh towels every day. The biggest issue was that there were bed bugs in the room, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene. I expected much better service and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Quality was in line with pricing for the area. However, this hotel has the thinnest walls of anywhere I have stayed. I will find another place to stay in a future trip.

Good hospitality clean rooms I would prefer people to stay I would say just upgrading the breakfast or making enough for everybody

Had a lot of hiccups the first three days. Shower handle didn’t work properly to adjust water and toilet kept clogging up. Swimming pool was too cold to swim in and hot tub was too hot. There was a beat up camper in the parking lot and someone was working on a broke down truck below our room pounding on things late at night. We were moved to another room because of the toilet not flushing right. The room we were moved to didn’t have a bar to hang clothes on and the shower head needed replaced. Staff were nice and tried to remedy the situation but it’s just an old facility in need of repairs. Really disappointed in our stay. I hope they can at least fix the toilet problem for the next guest. Didn’t like going to the lobby to use the toilet especially in the middle of the night. We were on the 4th floor at the far end of the hall. Sorry I couldn’t give the facility a better review.

Me gusto, el lugar estaba muy limpio, el personal fue muy amable, al entrar al cuarto, tenia un olor muy rico. La zona es tranquila y varias tiendas restaurantes y gasolinas cerca.

Fine for one night.

The worst part was at 2 AM. They actually overbooked my room and I had a loud strange man pounding on my door as well as cussing, and I thought he was gonna break the door down, I jumped up to call the front office, but before I could get through, there was a second attempt to enter the room with a key, apparently it was one of the people in the front who actually opened my door with a key, good thing I had my chain on, and they were not able to get in, I jumped up again and told him that they had the wrong room, and they did not know that I was in there!

They don't respect reservations; we arrived for ours and were told they had given it to someone else—horrible service.

There was air conditioning which was amazing in the 90° weather, staff was also very friendly. Some things in the hotel definitely need an update and it could've been a smidge cleaner. The floors were a bit dirty and bathroom had a smell. I probably wouldn't stay again but it was just fine for one night

Sheets, towels, and blankets were stained/dirty. There was a hole kicked through the bathroom door, so it didn’t close properly. The pool was a bit disappointing. It was dark and isolated down in the basement floor. Staff were nice and helpful. Parking & breakfast was okay. Hotel is near gas stations and restaurants so it’s convenient.
