Everything was great. Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable .

If you stood up to move about the room the TV lost signal, the lighting over the sink sucked, couldn't shave easily, bathroom fan didn't work in the toilet /shower area, the shower flooring is cracked, duct tape over a hole in the bathroom door and the sheets were too small for the mattress, you would wake up tangled.

Staff was amazing. Room was very clean. Everything was good.

The staff was amazing but the rooms were musty, dirty and overall the room had not been updated in a VERY VERY long time.

Very disappointing. Pounding coming down from the ceiling on a continuous basis, smelled like wet dog in the room, disappointing breakfast. Would not recommend staying here.

Like the area. Clean lobby and kitchen. Overall good stay especially for the price being more affordable than others in the area.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean-ish, there was trash under the AC unit, and random hair in the sink. To top it off, there was no soap to wash hands in the bathroom and the TV would not work. Breakfast was okay but the area was so small you were on top of the people at the next table.

Floors (hard) may have been clean but felt sticky. Tables in breakfast area were not clean (we were the first to breakfast, so it wasn't someone that ate just before us). The room (and most other areas) smelled "stale". Bottom of the shower door allowed water to flood the restroom area.

There was no water pressure in the shower. There was a make shift wrench for the handle. You couldn’t turn it to hot, so all you could get was a trickle of cold water.@

The sink was plugged and no one on staff to fix until morning. The rooms stuck!!! They was no blow dryer, not even on request.

Staff was friendly. I wasn’t able to sleep as our air conditioner made a horrible sound. The lighting in the vanity area was not great so I used a handheld mirror and sat by the window to get ready. Ice machine was on the 4th floor only. It was doable but will not stay again. 🙁🙁

The staff was very friendly but that was the best thing staying here. Lots of confusion when checking in with not being able to find reservation. Suppose to have a room with two queen beds and got full size beds. The swimming pool and hot tub had bad odors to it. Outside the front of the hotel seemed to be a popular hang out for homeless people. Bugs were seen on the walls in the hallways and scurrying on the floor although I did not see bugs in the room. Will not be staying at this hotel again.

ask front desk to get new pillows but gave us swimming towels to cover the dirty spots. Another room the bed sheets even had blood spots, wouldn’t sleep on it at all. Request front desk staff for refund, he said will investigate and give us results. We will see how it goes in the end.

I disliked that there wasn’t more of a variety of the breakfast offered. Staying for a long period of time with the same choices everyday was not satisfying.
