Easy access to a lot of things. The only down fall was the water and bathroom smelt like sewer water.

Friendly staff in great location! Rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

No breakfast provided and the kitchen was down so we could even order anything. All of the fixtures are rusted and warn looking.

One of the main elevators was not working. The front desk clerk did not advise.

The bed was a little too squeaky, the door had tons of light coming in from the bottom and the side. Our room was situated by the housekeeping area, so before 8am you can hear them. All in all wasn't a bad experience

Staff was great, room was good except bed was uncomfortable and you could hear the springs just sitting down.

Nice hotel, but it didn’t have a business center.

Not like other DTs, older and smaller. Looks like castle which is kind of cute but the elevator takes a while, we would just take the stairs several times. It only has 3 floors. Plenty of eatery nearby and a convenience store within walking distance. Biggest gripe was there was only one microwave on premises and its dear the front desk so it was awkward. At times there was a line. Staff was great

I love to stay at the Doubletree! I never have to worry about the stay. It is always a good experience!

I love the castle look and that it's an old building and still very modern and clean.

There was no pool, no body wash, staff and property cleanliness is average for a double tree property. Expect more from doubletree

Great stay, clean n everything was perfect.

Booked my stay a week in advance. Got there and my room was confirmed by the main desk girl. I got the keys and headed to my room, opened the door, but someone elses luggage was in there. Went back to the service desk and told the same girl that someone left their clothes, but was then told that my room was taken already. I asked what they could do for me, but they didnt take responsibility for their mistake and blamed me for using this app to book. Ive used this app many times before and had never had this issue. The rest of my day was ruined because I could not find another hotel with availability, all because of their mistake.

Booked on Expedia after a flight delay forced overnight stay. Took $90 Uber ride only to be told at front desk they were sold out and would not honor online reservation. We were told Expedia inventory was never accurate. So then why do they use Expedia if they are so unreliable? No other hotel availability in the area, so another $90 Uber ride back to the airport to stay overnight in the terminal for our early morning flight. Very disappointed in the way the hotel handled a confirmed reservation.
