Staff was amazing

I was told there was a complimentary breakfast….. there isn’t. It isn’t very clean. It is a comfortable bed and that is very important to me. The drain in our bathroom was slow, always standing water while showering. The neighbors were up fighting screaming n very loud so hard to sleep. Other than that I will return n hope for better next time me.

Room could have been cleaner and room not seviced one of the days I was there but they did come after I called.

This is our second time staying here. We love the location and we always have a great stay.

The time we were there one of the elevators was not in service which was a little inconvenient

I had ordered housekeeping one day and was told that they’d get back to me but I didn’t hear back about it so my room wasn’t clean on my last night of stay :(

I paid so much money, for breakfast not included. The main doors locked with no one at the front at all.

Front elevator was out. Had to walk all the way from lobby to back elevator. Had to go to 5th floor. Then had to walk to the front of the fifth floor. No carts for moving luggage. Clerk at desk was not helpful. Restaurant and bar were closed that day because employee problems.
