The room was clean the shower was amazing with a large stand up and big shower head. The halls could have used vacuuming. The pool temperature was great and typical size. The exercise room was very impressive. The staff were very polite and helpful.

While the cleanliness of the room was moderately acceptable, the overall conditions of the hotel and the property appeared to be in a state of decline and neglect.

Everything about the property was great except the courtyard around the pool was really dirty Monday morning (empty beer cans, dog poop, cigarette butts). Maybe providing a garbage can in the area would help the issue. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

The location was great & the housekeepers were amazing! I didn’t like that there’s not a microwave in the room & I had to go to the lobby from the 4th floor just to heat food! But that hotel has the best shower I’ve ever used in my entire life.

For such a conference center, and for the price, I would expect better. Hopefully you can strive for these improvements and become the destination choice for many!

Nothing. The internet was not working, no TV available. Received a $10 coupon for the inconvenience to spend at the bar in the hotel. The whole experience was not relaxing, apparently no TV or internet was not a concern to the the hotel staff. Will never stay there again or recommend this hotel.
