Clean rooms, friendly staff
-
The room itself was decent; however, no one in our hotel followed the no-smoking policy. At one point, the maid was cleaning our room with the door open, and our neighbor was standing at our door smoking into our room. I think people live here year-round because there were also several people drinking open containers and leaving them around the property. One of our other neighbors was knocked out in the middle of the walkway to our room one night. Literally sprawled out. He passed out from alcohol overconsumption. I took my two small kids to the pool once, and there were people just in there hanging out smoking weed, so we couldn't even enjoy the pool. Also, they never had towels for us, and we were there for a week. Staff was friendly, but the actual experience was awful.

Would definitely stay again the next time I’m in Denver!

Very welcoming staff members. Buffet area kept very clean. Bedding and towels clean. Nice looking pool....good size but didn't use as a lone traveler in the area visiting family. Room had a funky odor that dissipated as I became acclimated. I figured it was because of the 'dog friendly' atmosphere. Overall a pleasant 5 day stay for the price.

Staff was excellent

This hotel looked like there were night activities going on this is not a family friendly area. We went to breakfast and it was gone and the staff were not refilling it. We asked for our room to be cleaned 3x during our 6 day stay and it never happened. We asked for clean towels and we never got them.

Thank you everything!

fell in the tub because the tub was faulty I was issued a refund by the manager but this incident ruined my vacation be in able to walk and have thrown out my back and have back and ankle pain

It was an ok stay. We stayed for 4 nights and the housekeeper never came to the room. We had to ask for fresh towels at the desk they declined to give us any. With two small children that do make a mess or spill something we did buy paper towels. The drain in the tub was broke and there was hair on the shower wall from the previous people.

The hotel was close to a lot of shops and restaurants. The property outside needed cleaning, there were some sketchy people walking around the parking lot. The pool water looked cloudy, it got busy in the afternoons. Our room was clean , wooden floors, spacious bathroom sink, the bathtub needs updating ( dark stain inside) , the bed took time to get use to as it was firm for me. Minimal breakfast served in the morning, there is a breakfast restaurant restaurant walking distance very convenient. The five days I stayed there only once did they clean the room and that was only because I went to asked to clean it.

The “new renovated” room could’ve been better done. Not being able to have breakfast in our room when My Husband typically brings me breakfast in bed when we stay in a hotel was very frustrating. The showerhead was so low. My Husband was having a hard time even showering. The bed was very comfortable. The pillows were very nice. The staff were very nice and respectful. Parking wasn’t an issue. Using people using drugs on the property should have been dealt with and taken care of because that’s not something you want to see when you pull into your hotel every time you leave or come and go however you wanna put it. But that is 100% unacceptable so as property management that should’ve been taken care of with the local police department. It made me feel unsafe when My Husband would go just to the store or anywhere and then come back. But other than these things, it was OK stay

Great stay! The room was clean, staff was super friendly an everything was easy - check-in and out, parking, etc. The beds were comfy but the pillows were not. Convenient location right off the freeway and although the area had a few sketchy characters around, I never felt unsafe. We didn't get a chance to use the pool but the laundry facility had a convenient pay by phone system so that was nice. The front desk staff were very nice and the items they have available for purchase were a welcome touch, as we needed some snacks, water and stuff. Super close to lots of restaurants, shopping and only about 15 mins from Coors Field/downtown. We'd stay here again!

This stay was the worst stay the place stunk like cat urine and staff was so rude and did not give me my deposit back, I have never ever experienced someone so rude as the general manager named V. Virgil, in all my 52 years of life.. she is a very rude person! Making excuses to why the room smelled and the other staff said it was on the cleaning board and then the general manager said it wasn’t. The property is overcrowded by groups of people that apparently stay there Long term.. so I am sure my business and opinions are frivolous to this company by the way the general manager treated me. They definitely get enough business to not care about mine from my understanding

well. to start.I booked a room at La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Denver Northglenn and arrived to see it was a Ramada Inn. Property looked wore out and needed some improvements. ice machine was filthy. Woke up to ants and a dying bug on the bathroom counter. No hot water at bathroom sink but had hot water in bathtub. House phone not plugged in. Had no picture on tv just showed what channel you had on. $130 not well spent!!
