The breakfast was good, love the rolls, Costa Coffee is the best, so glad they have the good stuff!!! The only issue I had was my room was not cleaned everyday, other than that everything was good here and I would definitely stay there again

Pretty clean. Needs some upkeep. Really needs a water dispenser!!!

The room wasn’t as clean as it should have been. The carpet was really stained up, and the bathroom floor looked like it wasn’t cleaned either. It was OK for a 2 night stay, but I most likely won’t be back. Staff were great though.

The pool was clean as well as the hot tub!

We had this room booked for 4 nights, only stayed for 2 nights and then cancelled and went to another hotel in Loveland, Colorado. The air conditioning was non-existent in the foyer / dining area. The room air conditioner we had to turn down to 60 just to cool the room to make it comfortable as it was 103 degrees outside. On the second night, the safe in the room just started beeping and wouldn't stop so the front desk clerk came up and my husband had to carry it to the front counter for her. Whoever did the remodel in the hotel so NEVER do another remodel ever again.

One elevator

Amazing bed and pillows. Good shower. Quiet! Great green areas for dog. No air conditioner in elevator and hallways. Areas outside the room were not as clean as the room itself.

Breakfast, beds, location Very hot and uncomfortable in the lobby and dining area. No where to sit outside and it was SO HOT in the dining area.

Big rooms…staff friendly!

There a younger girl that worked the front desk she was not very nice and the cooler in room leaked the floor was soaked I thought I should have gotten some credit for that it was awful waking up and forgetting to put flip flops on and your feet soaked

The accessibility room was great for us. Traveling with a special needs child it makes my life easier. One elevator.

The rooms were very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Wish I would have tried the hot tub and pool. My overall experience was excellent.

Stayed here for one night as we drove through the area. It is very clean and comfortable. Hotel is in great shape.

Rooms were clean, most staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with both hot and cold options. Hot tub was very hot! The days I was there were mostly booked days and had a lot of visitors due to sports activities and their families. Only significant incidents were user related and not staff, which was a fast driver driving through the parking lot and almost hit the vehicle I was driving.
