Can’t complain about anything was a great hotel all around

Stay was amazing per usual!

The location is very good with quite a few fast food and restaurants near by. The property looks new and rooms are spacious and well maintained. The reception staff were great, we had requested Amazon delivery to the hotel and they held the parcels for us, despite us having checked out. Breakfast is very good. Nothing much not to like except that first time they took three days instead of two to do the housekeeping of the room and had to be reminded.

What I thought about this hotel first of all is that it has a lot of flaws. For example the portions a very little for breakfast. You had to wait until the staff replenish the items and some people don’t have the time to wait. The other issue is the pool which is very cold and is very dirty with insects. This amenity should be maintained. To add on the bed sheets in the room are thin and a little outdated. Finally the air conditioning smells a lot like humidity. To conclude this is a good but not perfect hotel with not a lot of unique things and some flaws that may affect ratings.

The pillows smelled like they hadn’t been cleaned and the room was not clean.

TV or free internet did not work in the room staff attempted multiple times to fix. Staff ended up finally relocating us into a different room but the new room smelled like cigarettes and dirty diapers. There was very loud music playing from a room a night and teenagers running down the hall knocking on others room doors. I wouldn’t really suggest this hotel.

The light in the bathroom would come on randomly in the middle of the night. No hot tub but I knew that (just forgot!) I probably would not stay there again because I typically get a place with a hot tub. This was booked with other family members for an event. The room was roomy and had plenty of drawers.

I liked the rooms a lot, the only thing I really did not like at all was the breakfast time! Breakfast finished at 9:00am which being on vacation and compared to the other places we stayed at, I found to be too early.

The hotel was perfectly located between quaint historic downtowns and the fast-paced action of Detroit. The traffic was light, and the hotel was comfortable. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a home away from home.

Friendly staff and availability. Beds were decent. Shower and bathroom was decent. Glad there was a blow dryer available. No makeup mirror. TV was odd. Would not turn on the next day and I had to unplug and replug in to operate.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and was even able to get us into our room a little early due to us arriving early for a concert. Definitely would stay here again.
