I had booked a room with handicapped accessibility. When we unlocked we could see it was either someone else's or a used room that was not ready yet (blankets were messed up). We were told at the counter that there are no other accessible room available and Expedia overbooks such rooms. When we went to our second room we couldn't lock our bathroom or fully close. There was no additional comforter for sofa bed. Only a blanket. Room was otherwise clean. Decent facility for someone needing a kitchenette.

I do not recommend this hotel. We booked a two queen bed room through Expedia. We have three small children as well as my husband and myself. Upon arrival we were given a room with one king bed. The hotel claimed that Expedia sent the wrong information to them, and even though my receipt said two queen beds, they would not honor it. After being on the phone for over an hour with Expedia and Hilton the hotel refused to communicate with Expedia. We were told it is a third-party vendor. You’re basically on your own. At one point the hotel told us that if we would like to pay $75 more, they would give us the room that we booked. After a new employee arrived, the hotel finally adjusted our room at 11 o’clock at night. My husband and I don’t often make complaints and this was very unfortunate. I recommend choosing one of the other nice hotels in the area as there is no guarantee if you book through Expedia that this hotel will honor your selection.

The location was very convenient and near major highway. Breakfast was very well stocked and it offered a big variety of options. The hotel is of recent construction, so everything is neat, clean, modern looking. The high street noise level heard through the window (the hotel sits on a very busy intersection that was undergoing major sidewalk replacement work, with heavy dump trucks adding to the noise level); the shower water pressure is so unnecessarily high that there is a lot of water waste; the faucet in the bathroom sink is placed so far towards the back, that there is barely any room to slide one's hands under the water street when washing hands; the bathroom light comes on automatically (sensor triggered), something startling and blinding at night; the worst part were the sheets, which seemed past their time, with rough spots where the feet and back rub against them, making them feel like sand was trapped under the covers. We were surprised that the rooms are not cleaned daily, something which evidently is announced via a small print on some guests' bathrooms, not ours.

Great breakfast! Our room had a funny odor but everything else was great!

The room is spacious and the greeting personnel was kind The breakfast is minimal. There are no lactose free options. and for the second year we had issues with the payment (Booking indicated we should have paid an amount but we were charged more) and, even after various phone calls, none was able to explain why.
