Hilton Garden Inn Plymouth

Room could have been cleaner and in better shape. The bed was like a board. Breakfast is expensive! Pool is gross.

Second time staying at a Hilton gardens I really like them. This one I think is still updating rooms. Our group was two couples we got 2 of the same rooms just different floors in my room the king bed was horrible it was like trying to sleep on cardboard or just a box spring I didn't sleep at all in was that bad. Now my nieces room their king bed was really nice. Room and bathroom are nice and clean. The cleaning staff super helpful and nice.

everything was good was a little noisy at nighttime and staff cleaning other rooms in the mornings and knocking on doors before people were out of bed was the main downfall

OUR STAY HERE WAS SO COMFORTABLE. WE HAD OUR BREAKFAST INCLUDED AND THE BUFFET WAS FABULOUS. THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT AND THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN.

Welcome staff was lovley and text messages checking in nice touch.

We selected this location for its price and proximity to the stadium. It was easy to find. The front desk staff quickly checked us in and was able to accommodate a request for both of our rooms to be on the same floor without an issue.

Had a a strange smell. Like burnt nuts.

I would rate it a 2. The room was decent sized but shower looked dirty, only had 2 towels but had 6 washcloths and 3 hand towels. No body wash provided only a bar of soap. The conditioner in the shower was empty, didn't realize that until I was in the shower today washing my hair. Got in super late from the concert last night and we were thirsty so we went down to the lobby and got 2 pops, it was $9.00! For two pops, that's crazy. Also the breakfast which is usually offered as a continental breakfast (eggs, bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes) elsewhere was $15.99 and it was sub par (the eggs were pretty wet and the pancakes I got half of them were almost rock hard, I did go back and get a soft one afterwards, the potatoes were not very warm either) and you had to purchase some things there like yogurt or fruit for extra if you wanted it. The coffee we were served was probably some of the worst coffee we have ever had. The breakfast lady tried to tell me I was wrong and there have never been any complaints for the coffee and that she drinks it everyday and it was so good. And maybe it's good for some but for us, it tasted awful. For the money I spent to stay at this hotel, and for it being a Hilton, I was pretty disappointed. The only thing I would say was good was the lobby appearance was nice and updated although the rooms didn't have that same feeling. And I did like the convenience of checking in and out on the app and having a digital key since we were arriving super late

The hotel was clean, staff was phenomenal!

The staff was helpful. There were only feather pillows in the room,which I’m allergic to. The front desk immediately had hypoallergenic pillos sent asap. The carpets in the hall were filthy, as well as the elevator floors. Room was ok but very noisy slamming doors in the morning. Easily accessible from the highway.

Hotel room was showing some signs of aging but was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was every other day, which seems to be the standard at most places. The breakfast was not included. Full buffet available for a fee. Convenient for us due to location. We will stay there again.

Never stayed there, tried to change dates within the allowed parameters but nobody helped me...just took my money and put me on hold. Wouldn't trust the service here for anything, I am sorry to say

The staff were great, very helpful, and kind. The bed was not comfortable and the pillows could’ve been better. Our room smelled like pot which was less than ideal as we had our one year old with us. However, the staff brought us some air freshners to help with the smell. Overall if our room smelled better and the bed was comfortable it would’ve been a great stay!

They need to check out luggage carts.

Very comfortable, great staff. Loved everything about the facility Noise from the neighbors all through the night.

Old property. Worn out carpets and closet doors cannot close because of several layers of paint. Over painting is not going to help improve this hotel. Everything looks from the 1980s. Good location and reasonable rates.
