Easy check in and good staff.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable All we needed or expected.

No maid service.

Extensive renovation/construction going on in the hotel so very noisy. Let people know to expect noise and disruption from reno. Ahead of time. Breakfast was worse than normal. Coffee machines broken, frequently empty hot bins and quantity of food was bad, soggy. Condition of chairs in breakfast area was horrible. They were filthy and worn and made me lose my appetite.

Spacious, clean room, well appointed with all amenities and comforts. Convenient drinking water and coffee station that works round the clock.

We had to change rooms after day 1, the second room was clean Our first room had ants, we saw them the first day and thought we got most of them but the next morning they were all over. We were on the first floor near the dining room and the outside door. Room 104 or 106. It would’ve been a really nice room with the tall ceilings, room space and location in hotel was perfect. But the ants were absolutely terrible so I went to tell the front desk and she said that a worker had asked her for Ant spray the day before but they didn’t have any and I told her that we didn’t ask for anything and this was the first time I was approaching the desk about the issue. So this told me that a worker had previously known about it and they assigned someone in the room anyway. She promptly reassigned us rooms, but I’m pregnant and had three kids with me, and it was a huge process to move rooms and inconvenient. We also swim and there were no towels. We tried to call the front desk, but nobody answered so I ended up going to the room to get them and found a couple in the gym.

Good location, clean, friendly, easy parking. Breakfast was better on the weekend then weekday

Breakfast was okay, kind of what you would expect from a hotel like this. A few hot and cold options.

Was needing a place to stay for my grandson's graduation. We are from Pennsylvania. Did not know how close the hotel was to the USA Hockey Arena when I made the reservation. I thought that if we had to walk a couple of blocks to the arena for graduation, that would be fine. The hotel parking lot and the arena parking lot were next to each other. We left the hotel and walked a few feet to the arena parking lot. So convenient. Road construction and rush hour traffic were bad in the area. We didn't have to worry about it. Will make reservations again in 3 years for the younger grandson's graduation.

We had a great time. The breakfast had a great selection. The kids loved the pool. Beds were very comfortable. All of the staff was friendly and helpful.

Property was clean and place was quiet.

But otherwise fresh and varied.

I dint have any issues but my friend reported there were bedbugs

Friendly & helpful staff. Felt safe. There's a McDonald's next door. Easy access parking. Near an ice arena. There's a Buddy's restaurant, Starbucks across the hotel with a market & gas station. I liked the darken shades for nighttime. Comfortable king size bed. I highly recommend this hotel. Recently been remodeled.
