The staff were always so welcoming & always said hello when passing by. We came down for a concert specifically & had such an amazing stay. The rooms were so clean, & the beds were incredibly comfortable! We did enjoy the breakfast quite a bit! A nice variety of items to fit everyone, which was perfect!

Fan and mirror light didn't work in bathroom. No curtain on the window. And blinds did not block out daylight.

Need to inform Customers they are remodeling. Smell of construction and pet smells in the rooms were bad.

Location was fine.. off the highway, so less noise Extensive renovation/construction going on in the hotel so very noisy. Let people know to expect noise and disruption from reno. Ahead of time. Breakfast was worse than normal. Coffee machines broken, frequently empty hot bins and quantity of food was bad, soggy. Condition of chairs in breakfast area was horrible. They were filthy and worn and made me lose my appetite.
