Nice Hotel, But the Bed Could Be Better Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel and its facilities. However, I was extremely disappointed that I could not sleep because of very loud music coming from the room next door until around 3:30 a.m. I called the front desk three times to report the noise and asked to change rooms. At first, I was told that a room change was not possible. After my third call, I was finally told that they could move me to another room. However, by then I was already exhausted and did not have the energy to pack and move my belongings. The music was finally turned off after 3:40 a.m. Because I had an important meeting that morning, I was very upset that I could not get enough sleep and was unable to finish my meeting as well as I had hoped. It was a nice hotel with good facilities, but unfortunately, this experience made my stay much less enjoyable.

The king size bed was excellent but had a bad experience in the fourth floor with marijuana smoking. It was so thick I had to put a towel at the bottom of my door to keep the smoke and smell out. I reported to management but continued for 3 straight days. The gym is located in the basement with no cameras to be found and as a woman, it was not safe. Will never stay there again.

Good breakfast, clean room, convenient to our day trips, staff was acceptable. The only downside to this room was that due to a widespread storm our Wi-Fi connection did not work for about 3/4 of our stay.

The new room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The hotel has a good location, a great breakfast, and free parking, which was a big plus. Other than the initial room mix-up, everything went smoothly and we had a very pleasant stay.

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great with a wide variety of food. Parking was a little on the slim side. We arrived back at our room late each night and luckily were able to get 1 of the last parking spots.

This location was great. Not even a half a mile from my job. So commute was great after already having to leave home due to no power for two days! The staff was sweet and kind. Very grateful to them for sure! I really didn’t want to leave. Some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Very comfy and cozy! Thank yall!

Would have liked to have had a listing of close resturaunts nearby. Starbucks, Panera, Buddy Pizza.
