Washington Park Motel

The room was very clean and nicely decorated, but it would have been nice to have a box of tissues and a hair dryer. Management could have been better. The owner never responded to questions about how to check in after hours. We spent five nights and nobody ever came to remove trash or replace towels. We had gone to the beach the first day we were there, got sand on the floor and the sand was there until we left because nobody ever came to do any cleaning.

Conveniently located. The staff was informative. Restaurants were located nearby. Good place for an overnight stay.

Great property and location for the value

Room was extremely small and not super clean either. Found several bugs crawling around on the floor. Also, you can unlock your room door with a unique code created at checkin, but there wasn’t a way to deadbolt the door once inside. AC unit was loud and it’s definitely necessary to run over the summer so it was noisy to sleep at night. Overall, not super comfortable of a stay. Unfortunately don’t recommend.

Great option to stay in an area very undeserved by hotels. Comfortable, clean, affordable room. Friendly staff. I'll continue to support this small business next time I visit the area.

Nice quiet perfect size room for one or two people. Bathrooms are kinda small but functional. Christin was very nice. All amenities were in the room. Room #8 nicely decorated in a Beach theme. Perfect for a low cost overnight stay

We had a beautiful stay everything seemed brand new. The rooms were very cute and clean and had every single thing you needed to make your stay nice I would definitely recommend.

The property and room was very clean. We had a nice place to stay while visiting family in South Weymouth.

The motel is just that. A dated motel. The room was small with a shower stall. But on the other hand it was extremely clean and well taken care of. The owner, Cristen, was incredibly attentive to any needs you might have. So if you don’t need all the perks of an expensive place, and just need a bed for the night or longer, this is a great place to stay.

Quiet and safe, helpful proprietors

Overpriced. The room was the size of a bedroom. The toilet was partially under the sink. Hidden charges. They charged a security fee and a property fee. We left early and asked for a refund and was told yes. There was no refund so i called. I was told they could not give a refund to call Expedia...i was not told that when we left.
