room itself was fine, the rest of the property was in disarray and disorganized.

Staff was amazing. We had a delayed flight bringing us in around 2 am. Contacted them via messaging and they were kind enough to leave the lights on with detailed directions. Had three stay and the pictures reflected a couch with a pullout. No couch, just a rollaway which was okay since we were leaving early. Very clean room but small. The room smelled of cigarette smoke, not a he y smell, but enough to smell it on your clothes after leaving. The bed is a full and tall individuals will have issue with the length of the bed. There are flood lights outside the building and can be seen all night. Would help with blackout curtains. When we were leaving, we could see that they do a nice job maintaining the property’s exterior. This being said, there were a few coolers in the parking lot and the building we were in. I’m certain that they were the patron's and airing out. The look- not so great to some, but we were okay with them.wanted to make sure they were paid before leaving (since we didn’t have an official check-in) and the staff was very quick to respond. Told Bob that the room had a smoke smell and he was right on it. You can tell that they really care.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting. Hairs in the shower. Cigarette smells, beer cans outside, needles. My son couldn't stay in his room it smelled so bad like cigarettes. We only stayed in ours because we had no choice. Requesting my money back or reporting them to Better Business Bureau for false advertising.

Very clean...I enjoyed my brief stay!

Our room was small. Would’ve been perfect for solo travel or a couple, but we had a group and that made it a little difficult. Be sure to contact the property if you have need of the sofa bed. They put us in a tiny room but this is a boutique hotel and they’re all different and she would’ve been happy to accommodate us. They just didn’t know our guest count since we booked through a 3rd party. Loved the shower. Super cute place. Unassuming outside but adorable inside. :)

Price, location, amenities good . Could leave the wifi password in the room, as there was no one in reception (we got let in remotely and our phone was dead to call the #)

Great location and the customer service is outstanding

Room was neat and clean. Plenty of towels and the toilet paper was actually a brand name! Comfy bed and there is a kuerig coffee maker in the room. Great place to stay!

The location was safe and quiet despite being on a well traveled street The air conditioner was a little noisy and not the best, the air was either very cold or too humid, but it was adequate
