Staff was very friendly! The whole floor smelled like weed and cigarettes and all the outlets were hanging half way out of the wall so was too scared to plug anything in. My daughter and I both woke up with bites on us

The staff was very welcoming. Breakfast did smell good, but we didn’t have it. Location and parking is good. whole entire floor smelt like marijuana was being grown in there. Our air conditioner was leaking onto the carpet which made the whole room smell, moldy and mildewy. we didn’t notify staff because we were just in and out for a wedding. The elevator was also broken but it was only a couple steps to second floor. Everyone was on the second floor only they did have breakfast and the lobby area seemed updated and new, but the rooms were not. The man that checked us in was very, very nice and upgraded our room however, I don’t think an upgrade would’ve made a difference. This is definitely a two star hotel, and you get what you pay for. good to lay your head and not spend any time in and that’s about it. Definitely a rougher crowd staying here.

Está bien ubicada cerca del freeway está limpia y el personal amable solo que la puerta no cerraba el seguro y la bañera tardaba mucho en irse el agua pero de ahí en más todo bien

Breakfast room as well as the breakfast meal offered was excellent!.. The woman in charge is a gem! Food quality and selection also great! Otherwise, it was very clean and comfortable. Quiet throughout the building. Very pleasant desk staff and beautiful lobby area with fireplace, available, water, snacks, etc. Plenty of parking. Easy access to Scituate and Cohasset. They were out of their regular coffee brand and the substitute (DD) was too bland. The hostess was very apologetic. Our air conditioner made a loud swishing sound all night which kept me awake at times. Our tub drain was clogged, the drawers on the TV console would not stay closed and there was a hole in the ceiling where the sprinkler head is located. The tub could use refurbishing. All minor except the A/C. Front desk very receptive to feedback.

Stay was fabulous honestly. Our housekeeper did an amazing job even though my husband said "all we need is towels & garbage removed" & she still cleaned our room & made our beds. Her name is Ligia. Absolutely wonderful & she was so sweet to our 2 year old.

The room was clean and had plenty of linens. Tracy the woman that oversees the breakfast buffet was wonderful. She kept the dining area clean and well supplied with fresh foods. She was helpful and interactive with the guests, remembering my name as I was there for five days. I would come back.

The property was absolutely lovely - the sitting room in the lobby gave off high end vibes. Every single staff member with whom I interacted was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options and was constantly replenished. Beds were comfy and the room was very clean. My only complaint was that the A/C was very loud and made odd noises (fortunately I was really tired so it didn’t matter too much)!

There was so much I really liked about the hotel. The hotel and room were very clean! The bed was the softest and most comfortable mattress with the softest sheets I have ever had at any hotel. It allowed me to fall asleep even better than I do at home! The breakfast provided in the morning was amazing with freshly made and high-quality food. By comparison I usually will grab an apple or a prepackaged muffin at most hotel breakfasts because the food is either microwaved or store bought. I had three full plates of food and if I could have overcome my embarrassment, I would have had a fourth! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. In my opinion I have no idea why anyone would pay more money to stay at any of the hotels nearby when this hotel is a more affordable price!
