Bathroom cleanliness was not up to standard!! Stains and rust visible!! Human hair!!

The room wasn’t so clean. I booked a king bed, when I got there I got a double queen bed. It was late just left it as that

The room had a bath but the plug would not work the plug in the sink would not work the door was stuck hard to get in the room

Room was not good. Bathroom ceiling was falling apart. Grout was missing on the floor. Looked like there was blood stains on the wall. Toilet seat had scratches like a dog was in the room.

The facilities, not so much. Our room was not cleaned, the walls are THIN, no hot water in the shower, and our key card stopped working multiple times.

The breakfeast was great, and the woman working it was exceptional. I reserved a handicap accessible room. When we ararrived there were none available. This made toiletting very difficult and showering impossible. I was required to lift my heavy partner,

It was ok. Smooshed bugs on the wall… and bugs flying everywhere. The guy at the desk gave us a different room. The rooms need upkeeping.

I had a pet room so there were some small stains on the floor. Everything seemed clean. Bed was comfortable, coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge which was nice. Breakfast was better than expected lots of options.

Only thing I would have liked was better lighting in the room or the ability to dim and brighten a lamp.

The people we had some insect issues and the door lock was Finley We had a n insect problem in our Rooney gnats or mosquitos

Guy at the desk was welcoming and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Key cards didn't work properly. Whole place a bit dated and tired. Bathroom door would not close, didn't fit the frame.

The property was well located and very quite to be o such a busy road. But my acceptable queen room on the first floor was very musty smelling like the carpet needed to be changed or very deeply cleaned. The hallway carpet was very dirty aswell.
