Not much Was given the wrong room, when asked to be changed to a handicap accessible room, was told there was nothing they could do! 3 charges were placed on my credit card for a 2 night stay, still waiting for them to make it right.

I waited at the reception for about 20 minutes for a manager to show up; there were strange people walking around who weren't even hotel guests, and the room reeked. TV didn’t work - it seemed like they were housing welfare recipients which is fine except that a special needs child waiting for a bus kept being loud and out of control in the breakfast room touching food and throwing things and yelling at his mom.

The people on duty during our stay were warm, friendly, and welcoming. Parking and access into and out of the building with our luggage was easy. The hotel and rooms were warm and clean. We appreciated and enjoyed the breakfast buffet after a long day of traveling the day before. We would definitely stay here again in the future if we are ever in this area.
