room was decent (barely). staff was helpful. easy parking. good location old hotel. in serious need of renovation. breakfast was awful. poor choices. room smelled from something=almost didn't stay. hallways were dirty and carpet was warn out & smelly

Someone working at the hotel entered my room, didn't clean it, and left the room open.

Not much, except that the staff was nice. However, there is this one custodian who would open the door without waiting for us to open up for him. The room was smaller than expected. The carpet was dirty and had a very weird smell. The smell was so bad that we had to switch rooms because I could not sleep and felt sick. The furniture was worn out and should be thrown out (Reference photos provided). I used to go to BW all the time, but this place needs to be renovated.

simple one night stay. This was not the destination. A good, fair priced layover, Everything worked, and it was clean and tidy.

Comfortable,clean and great continental breakfast. My wife has a bad hip and she had difficulty using the bathroom facilities.The toilet was too low.

This is a budget hotel- less expensive than the other hotels nearby, but was very clean and convenient to major highways. We were on the first floor...NOTE: there is no elevator so if you are on the second floor you have to carry up your luggage by hand. Breakfast was very good- nice selection of eggs, bacon, waffles, etc. I would stay there again

The checking process was smooth. Room was clean and tidy. Breakfast was the best part. The staff bringing out the food was welcoming and very attentive and the breakfast was fresh!
