The downside there was no elevator to get to the second floor rooms and their free breakfast was very limited.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and accommodating. A special thanks to the manager, who kindly allowed us to use the lobby area to celebrate the 4th of July! Our room was very spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly—even during a 100-degree heatwave this week, our room remained wonderfully cool. On top of that, the hotel is exceptionally clean, with housekeeping refreshing our room every single day. The breakfast options were great, and the property stayed very quiet throughout our stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. This has officially become our go-to place every year, and we will definitely be back next summer!

10 Everything was good

Location Smelled like incense everywhere, was so thick, I thought there was a fire. I asked the staff and they said it’s on purpose. The room door, it had been pried open obviously, and was not replaced. The bed was hard as a rock. The bathroom was unkept, old, dirty grout, bathtub didn’t have a drain stopper and some type of repair was sealed over.

There was a good selection of breakfast items and plenty of parking close to all rooms. The staff could have been friendlier. The main room was clean but the shower had hair on the walls and hair in the towels.

Sounds silly but it was the best shampoo and conditioner that I ever had at a hotel. Everything was great except you couldn’t close the blinds (we were pretty sure lol) which caused us all to wake up at 5:15 blah.

The room and the dining area were dirty.

The night staff at the front desk that checked us in was extremely friendly and professional. Proximity to Rt. 3. Very noisy road noise. The sink didn’t drain properly, and when I mention this to the front desk, staff who was a bit rude, she said there was an issue with the plumbing. The solution was to remove the stopper from the sink rather than fix the problem. The breakfast that was supposed to be served from 6-10 was all cleaned and put away by 9:40 when I got there after checking in early in the morning the night before. Not a good value. Old hotel, not being maintained well.

Nothing. The room smelled terrible and there was dried crap all over the toilet. They moved us to another room that smelled just as bad but at least there was no crap on the toilet, But the fridge was loud and droned on all night long, The beds were lumpy and hard. It was overall a bad experience and was way over price at $220.00 per night. Do not waste your time and money.

It was a nice stay for an overnight. Microwave and mini fridge in room.

Very outdated and room smelled like stale smoke.

Everything felt dirty and smelled bad, probably because the furniture and mattresses and carpet are all really old. The gym was tiny and stuffy, and it was so small that it was not comfortable to be in such a small space when another person walked in (I left). The breakfast was not edible. Good thing there was a Dunkin’ Donuts next door.

This is an overpriced two star hotel that is extremely dated. Linens and towels and toilet paper the cheapest and poorest quality. Would never stay here again Not what I expect from best western chain

Booked through Expedia and paid in full. Hotel charged again for the room. Still waiting for refund and they claim I booked through a company called Webbeds, which is not the case. Awful experience.
