Courtyard by Marriott Boston Norwood/Canton

Check-in was easy, and the staff very pleasant yet professional. I however felt that the hotel should have more than one elevator and that breakfast should be included as a prepaid option. Other than that our stay was comfortable, the property is well maintained and not too far from Gillette Stadium. The breakfast options were ok and there are restaurants close enough for order and delivery.

Comfy bed. Easy property to navigate. Close to delicious food (Boston Tavern and the 60’s Diner!) would absolutely stay here again if we visit Gillette Stadium again.

Everything is ok

Staff was lovely except there was no help for luggage, our room was the farthest from the lobby on the second floor (205 needing elevator, also very far) and we asked for help on check out day, but none came, so we had to go down bring the luggage trolly up ourselves, load our luggage and steer it all the way back around the cleaning staff carts in the halls that morning. It was very hard on a couple of old ladies after a very taxing week in the heat for an event at Gillette, I'm nearly 60 and my roommate has a cane. Otherwise, hotel is lovely. The restaurant was convenient but very expensive for the food quality.

Property was really nice. The entrance and hallways were very presentable and inviting. The room was cozy and clean. Close to many good restaurants.

Everybody at this location was super nice. Everybody was really helpful. It was a wonderful location to stay at.

Breakfast was DELICIOUS!!! yogurt parfait-- french toast- awesome,, friendly polite staff at restaurant and at desk!!!!! I was truly impressed.. I dont care for starbucks coffee but (just personal preference) but coffee was good too, I love your facility!! I will stay there from now on when I come, I loved the room, the bathroom, (handheld shower head is always a plus) but was so happy for a TUB, as I like baths. room had great climate control- (I am always very cold, so I had extra blankets and warm room!!) cant improve!

Stayed in Room 112 which is overdue for some maintenance. Toilet was very slow to flush. Outer (cabinet) door on fridge needs to be replaced as it is severely water damaged. Did NOT create a very professional image upon entering the room. Iron leaked like a seive - water dripped from beneath baseplate. Stained a shirt I was trying to iron.

Nice and clean hotel. The room was pleasant and it was a nice a quiet location. The only complaints I have were about the bathtub and parking. The tub felt like it was going to collapse at any second, and also was having an issue draining. I wasn’t thrilled about paying additional money to park at the hotel even though it was only $10. Otherwise it was a great experience. Jason was friendly and welcoming. Definitely would stay again.

If I knew that the hotel would not honor Expedia reservation I would book somewhere else. Also, when we got to our room the floor in the shower had a big puddle of water on it. The coffee maker is tiny, paper cups would not even fit under it. AC is very loud and outdated. We would not stay at this hotel again.
