Clean and gorgeous hotel. Nice staff, spacious rooms, beautiful pool. The most comfortable bed. We all had the best nights sleep EVER!!!

The pool was fun. It was deep enough for adults as well as little ones. The hot tub was also nice. It was packed with people but we still had enough space to play. This hotel is in a nice area. Convenient to restaurants of all kinds, grocery stores and more. We will definitely be returning!

Only thing that was good about the whole place was the breakfast that they ended up comping for us because of how horrible the service was the night before My husband and our 5 year old daughter had to wait in the lobby, soaking wet from the pool because I was out getting food and I forgot to leave my key and the gentleman in the front wouldn’t let them in because my husband‘s last name didn’t match the name on my ID even though this was the gentleman that checked all of us in a couple hours prior to that there was absolutely no need for it. He didn’t even offer to call me. Pool light also fell into pool while swimming and could’ve electrocuted the whole pool and my husband had to alert them and they then shut down the pool for hours while they fixed it.

The breakfast buffet was filled with so many great choices of delicious food; waffles and omelettes made to order, fresh fruit and smoothies, quality bacon and many other things.

I found the hotel to be nice. The pool and spa are very clean and were empty every time I went. It’s a bit uptight—being a slightly upscale option compared to others in the area. The breakfast is pretty bomb: omelette and waffle station, better than your average hotel breakfast. My partner had a rude interaction with one of the front desk staff, I should mention, but aside from that it was decent. Be aware that there are conferences here constantly, so it does get kind of busy.
