My room has the tv cables out from the wall and there was a screw that needed to be tight on the shower door. I was quite enough the surroundings. In overall on a 5 starts review I will give them 3.9 rate.

Large room with comfortable space. Bed was grand as was the bedding. Plenty of hot water with great pressure.

Expedia booked us a room that was ultimately not available at check in. Booked a two queen bed suite with a pull out for my family. We ended up walking into a room with one king bed for 3 nights. Luckily the hotel was able to move things around and at least give us a king suite with a pullout. Needless to say sleeping arrangements were not fun.

Windows don't operate but ptac works Thermostat temp not adjustable but fan speed and can turn off if too cold. I left bath ex fan on to pull fresh air via ptac. Bath fl has radiant heat and cool mirror light. They could use some dairy substitutes for breakfast..eg soy milk. otherwise was fine. Lounge chairs not that comfortable.. no arms.

We had a bit of trouble with the television in our room. Took a bit to get it to work which was a little frustrating for my husband who wanted to watch it. The room was clean and well stocked, but I found the bed a bit firm (I am a terrible sleeper even at home, so take that for what it’s worth). Overall a satisfactory experience with extra props to the staff who were really nice and welcoming.

They advertise having jetted tub rooms and then when you arrive they just apologize and say “sorry we don’t have those anymore. They should change that on the website.” It was the only reason I chose the hotel so I was not happy.

Nice breakfast and staff was accommodating and professional. Lobby was great for us to hangout after a hockey game. Location convenient to the ice rink.

Our first time staying at a holiday inn. Have to say was impressed by everything they had.
