My room wasn’t cleaned well especially the bathroom and the air conditioner didn’t work properly

Room was not what I thought I booked. Was supposed to be a king suite with additional seating area and while it did have a chair it was just 1 big room. Thought it had additional room with seating area. Walls were incredibly thin. Upstairs noise was AWFUL

great hotel, but we were startled awake numerous times throughout the night by the people walking around in the room above us - it was VERY loud!

The mattress was high in the middle and sloped on each side, making our sleep very uncomfortable. Room 428. REPLACE THE MATTRESS

Was disappointed when I arrived and was given a king room when I paid for a 2bed queen suite. I was happy when I did receive a full refund

The rooms are good sized and clean however drawer storage is lacking . My only complaints are a very noisy AC unit in the room made sleeping a challenge. In addition the only elevator was out of commission for two days between the hours of 6:30 AM - 7;30 PM . This was particularly problematic as we had to climb 4 floors with groceries.

Only issue was elevator was broken for a few hours but staff was immediately handling it. Otherwise an amazing trip. Room was immaculately clean and very large comfortable suite. The staff was very kind and amenities were great.

The male staff member that was there during our stay was very unprofessional and rude. Blamed us for being loud which was Not true because he said there were complaints about us when we weren’t even there longer than 5 mins. He yelled at my 15 year old and made threats of throwing us out when it wasn’t even us. We also had no blankets and pillows for our pull Out couch which then he said we don’t have any more pillows and gave us a tv
