I was able to check in about an hour early without any issues. Both the check in and check out were with the same person-she was lovely. The one thing I did not appreciate was the next day around 930 am, one of the cleaning ladies just opening my door without knocking and asked if we were checking out. I said check out is at 12 and she said yes no problem. I thought that was very intrusive and rude. I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to that, but the rest of my visit was fine. The free breakfast was very nice.

So clean - you could tell there was just a renovation. Staff was so friendly. There was so much thought put into the layout and items available in the room. The only complaint is the one elevator is not enough to handle the traffic.
