Property was clean, beautifully manicured, and it was oh so quiet. The pool was perfect, has varying levels of devil space to hang out at, a fire pit to enjoy at night and a bbq for fixing meals if desired. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of choices.

Staff called me at 1:00 am that the people next door were complaining about us being loud in the room. My kids were sleeping and were not making noise. Also i reserved 2 queen beds and when we got there they have us 2 full. I asked for a roll away bed they said they would send one and then they said they didnt have any and that they would give me a air matterss then I called a call and they said they didnt have any.

I have stayed at this location in the past. Very reliable hotel that comes with a free breakfast. Easy access to the 101 for destinations both North and South. Easy parking.

Very friendly staff. Excellent location right off the freeway and in easy distance of Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39 in San Francisco. Would absolutely stay here again!!

At no time with this more evident than my latest stay. Unfortunately, I contracted a severe case of food poisoning on Thursday. I was due to check out on Friday and the hotel was fully booked for the rest of the weekend. Everyone was very understanding and did everything in their power each day to keep me in the same premium room all the way through to when I checked out on Monday. They offered their assistance and support throughout. I wish that I had all of their names to thank the individually. I know that Kim had a great deal to do with it. Thank you one and all. I will continue to be there once a month and look forward to thanking all of you in person.

One of the best included breakfasts that I have had.

Very nice staff, good breakfast (croissants were shockingly good), comfortable beds. Our only issues were small. Different parts of the room had very different temperatures. Plastic cups a bummer. Ran out of shampoo. But really none of that detracted from the stay.

Breakfast buffet was great, with fresh fruit, eggs, sausage, potatoes, toast, muffins, yogurt, bagels, etc. The room was like new! We were pleasantly surprised by the value. No complaints at all.

The staff was outstanding. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. Check in time is 4pm, which is a little late, but the staff went out of there way to get are rooms done early for us so we could attend a concert we were attending.
