Had a nicely upscale feel. Spacious room and comfortable beds. Hearty breakfast. We also appreciated the later checkout time.

The room was very clean, staff is friendly, the breakfast is better than many hotels of this caliber and there's plenty of parking. Checking in is easy and checkout is uncomplicated.

We had a great stay at this place. The restaurant Perry’s were excellent choice to dine and the staff was very friendly. The room was comfortable but the bathroom vent was a bit loud. We didn’t use other amenities. They have ample parking close to the rooms which was very helpful to unload and load bags.

We loved our stay at the best western Novato. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Kim helped us out by giving us an early check in and making sure all our guests were taken care of. We also loved the hot tub and gathering around the fire pit in the evening. I would definitely come back.. and the beds were really comfortable.

Property was clean, beautifully manicured, and it was oh so quiet. The pool was perfect, has varying levels of devil space to hang out at, a fire pit to enjoy at night and a bbq for fixing meals if desired. The breakfast was fresh with a lot of choices.

Staff called me at 1:00 am that the people next door were complaining about us being loud in the room. My kids were sleeping and were not making noise. Also i reserved 2 queen beds and when we got there they have us 2 full. I asked for a roll away bed they said they would send one and then they said they didnt have any and that they would give me a air matterss then I called a call and they said they didnt have any.

I have stayed at this location in the past. Very reliable hotel that comes with a free breakfast. Easy access to the 101 for destinations both North and South. Easy parking.
