Nice quiet hotel and quiet room

It was conveniently located to campus and town and was very clean but our room smelled of room refreshing spray (quickly dealt w by opening a window). My "ding" is that I felt like there was a lot of à la carte pricing that I as unexpected; pay for parking, pay for breakfast, pay for wifi, and pay extra for my dog (which I'm used to but I felt the cost of bringing my dog was too high)

The hotel is conveniently located right next to a Safeway and walking trails right off the freeway and restaurants, etc. One downfall about the location is it is right across the street from a bus stop and a homeless community location (Homeward Bound), so there is a little bit of riffraff around the area and a skate park which is a little shady. The pool is pretty small and there is no hot tub but the fitness center is great and overall, it was a clean, nice hotel.

Conveniently located right off freeway in Novato. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Room very clean, beds comfortable and goid selection of TV channels. Only downside, no free breakfast.

It’s a great place but the location is a little sketchy. They were accommodating though, to my late checkout needs.

The lobby, bistro, business center and outside area are excepcional. Great breakfast offering and Starbucks downstairs. The only inconvenience was we were not informed that there is no housekeeping and were unpleasantly surprised by this.

Easy check in. Convenient bar area for wine and tea/ coffee on arrival. Room had decent cleaning products and nice towels. Bed was comfy

This was just an average room in an expensive area. For the price you pay, you'd expect free car parking and breakfast, but no. They cater to people going to the Sonoma Racetrack, as RV's and trucks get free parking. The room was almost motel 6 quality. No slow close toilet lid, cracks in 5 of the tiles above the bathtub sealed with silicone and food particles between the wall and the nightstand. The "sofa sleeper"? That's a joke.
