The hotel was great, just that if they have curtains on the window to block the light, that will be perfect for the rest without the light disruption. other that that it is a great hotel.

Overall nice stay Update room some
-
beds were comfortable shower had plenty of pressure tv did not work called front desk and they said someone would come down to look, but no one ever came for the two days we were there, room was right next to 101 highway, traffic noise kept us up all night especially big trucks, could not use the pool because they were setting up for wedding right in front of pool area, toco tuck for wedding decided to set up right outside our back door making tremendous noise

Just okay

The garden/pool area is pretty. The hot tub does not work, and they have no plan to fix it. There were bugs//spiders in the bathroom and shower. The toilet paper holder was broken. The bed was not adequate, but the sheets were pilling. The whole place was just generally run down. And to top it off, the morning staff on duty was visibly put off when we asked him if he’d refill one of the two empty coffee pots as part of the free breakfast.

Loved it. Great location. We'll be back

Quite

While not the best place we’ve stayed in, it certainly was not the worst. Some updates have been made to the room we were assigned and the bed comfortable, some maintenance is needed to complete the updating. All the staff we interacted with were helpful and friendly.

Two amenities were not functional: the hot tub and the gas firepit tables. Both look like there is no intention of getting either of them working anytime soon. Free continental breakfast was the minimum you could offer to claim that amenity, featuring industrial white bread products, corn flakes, Cheerios, yogurt, apples, and the worst coffee I can recall - I dumped it after a few sips. Go to one of the many nearby coffee specialists or use the in-room Keurig. Rooms have been remodeled and kept in fine condition, with a modern bathroom, mini fridge, microwave and a big TV. The spot is good for us when we are visiting friends in Petaluma and Novato, so as long as their price remains competitive, we will be back.

Good beds. Very Old rooms

The Inn itself is very very appealing. It had a nice courtyard and a pool (which was closed for maintenance) so I couldn't swim. I stay at over 20 places annually and for the $$$, this place could do a hot breakfast instead of what little they do offer. The other thing is, the very mini fridge & microwave are half the size of most I see in this level of Inn's and hotels. Since there's no Hot Breakfast, those should be bigger so I can store and cook more food.

I loved how the center courtyard had shaded seating areas and fire pits. Children can play. Felt restful and relaxing.

The breakfast was very good people very nice

Terrible front desk employee throws adult fits

Spread out and allowed pets. A little shady. Needs updating.

The property was not as the pictures showed. Stains all over the room, front desk number was disconnected and bathroom as disgusting. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

Decent price for a nice hotel room, central courtyard with grass very nice but the outside circle of where to park needs attention. 'Breakfast' was cursory but coffee, fridge and microwave good.
