We always stay in this hotel and it is always very clean and friendly stuff taken care us)

I believe I left my expensive dental air flosser in the bathroom, but they didn't find it. Not trusting the maid's report.

It would have been good but was bait and switch. I paid for a room with a river view. It had that at the very corner but my view was of the indoor pool building and wharf not of the river. They know this room is insufficient for what they advertise and charge. In addition to that the hvac unit was off of its original spot, In the shower room no place ti place towels to be handy when done. Not a fan of bathroom sink position that offers direct outside view when your partner enters or exits the suite. Additionally the TV constantly needing to be reset to view. The aide was kind enough to correct that the first night but it was on the fritz in the morning. So in effect this place is taking advantage of its patrons with this room 116. (It should be a sore room) because its a nice location. But my impression is they know that room is bad and have done zilch to correct that because the location has high demand.

-
I do not recommend staying here.

Location Cleanliness. Floor was damaged. Walls had shoe marks. Difficulty getting the A/C to desired temperature. Breakfast was terrible. Basically cold cereal and very few pastries.

Convenient Parking
-
It was close enough to Sonoma raceway Its very out dated. One bed had stains on the sheets, pillows and bed was hard and uncomfortable. There was still food on the floor between the bed and nightstand. Stains on the walls and on the curtains in room. My sons feet were black from walking on the carpet Barefoot. Walls are thin you can hear conversations from outside into the room as well from other rooms.

It was clean communication was not great to get a hold of them before we arrived but was better when we were there they were very accommodating. Rooms where in good shape they are working on remodeling stay was good
-
It wasn’t clean and the pictures are definitely old because it wasn’t that kept up.
-
Convenient Run down on the outside and inside. We’ve stayed here 3 years in a row and won’t be staying again. Each year it has gotten more run down.
-
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There were many areas where items from the walls were removed but not refinished. It worked fine for an overnight traveler.

Easy parking Interior not maintained: broken fixtures, lumpy pillows, crumbling walls - a suite but not 1 pot, pan, plate or even dish soap. The clock radio was many hours off and i was unable to reset it. When someone came to the room to help with tv and I mentioned it the woman said she couldn’t help. Outer screen door wouldn’t lock. Garbage disposal broken. Drain in bathroom sink and drain in tub broken. Loud people at midnight running around outside my door. It was a place that obviously the owners didn’t care about and it was not welcoming.

They have 7 am breakfast good parking some rooms had garages

We just stayed overnight and we felt very comfortable in this hotel.

Pool was padlocked closed and advertised as a feature. Lost money in vending machine and called the desk for assistance and he said it is not ours and hung up on me. No grab bars in the shower; very slippery. Place ran down and needs update. The worst lumpy bumpy pillows ever. Last but not least an extra $5.00 booking fee on my bill/receipt. Very rude manager or front desk person.

Bed was comfortable, fridge was cold, AC worked great and the water in the shower was hot - all good things when I stay somewhere. Broken handle on shower door, need wider parking spaces, complimentary breakfast was very sparse
-
In general the room was clean. Did need some minor repairs. However the carpet was filthy in the usual high traffic areas. Would not recommend to walk around in your bare feet.
