Hampton Inn O'Fallon

I liked the good nights rest and the coffee! Dining area waa very nice ! I didnt like it that no one would show us how to use the plug in for our hybrid vehicle it was so hot outside we just stand there to figure it out so maybe the heat was why they didnt want to help?

It was clean, the staff was great. My only issue was that I was looking for a quiet place, and there was quite a bit of fireworks around. My purpose for staying in a hotel was to get away from the noise.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and they offered blackout curtains that actually worked. The breakfast was a step above the average hotel breakfast and the staff were friendly and accommodating. If I had to give any negative feedback, it would be the TV volume could not be adjusted so that I could hear it from the couch or bed. Even at the top volume of 60, I heard enough to know what was happening on a movie but not loud enough to actually hear the monologue.

Very large room with two queen beds. I like the sliding bathroom door as that makes things quieter when you are sharing a room. Pool was large and fitness center was decent. Lots of restaurants nearby and very close to highway for easy on/off. Would be nice if there was a guide accessible for TV.

Able to hear conversations in next room. Had white noise machine with me so could turn that out.

Room was very big, clean, quiet. Two queen bads. Very comfortable beds and clean sheets. HVAC system was working Breakfast area and food were good. Room refrigerator was hard to start and perhaps bit old.

This is an excellent facility for those traveling with pets. There is large area out behind the facility for walking dogs around a small lake with refuse bags and disposal area readily available. We will stay here in the future when traveling west. The host that checked us in was extremely friendly and efficient.

THE BED was comfortable. The walls were all dirty with marks. the carpets had stains. the comforter on one bed had red stains. I had to clean off the switch plate in the bathroom... it was filthy. Dust accumulated on the floorboards and doors. The bathroom barn door was very difficult to open. We decided to stay at 5-STAR MOTEL on our journey, so we chose you. What a disappointment and waste of $$'s.

Staff and property were excellent; however, our four night stay needed more than a single cleaning service visit.
