We arrived late, after 11PM, and the front desk clerk couldn’t find our reservation. After providing our confirmation number, she finally found the reservation and checked us in. The room was very basic, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (my husband and I woke up numerous times throughout the night) and the bathroom was not clean. The sink area was dirty and stained and the shower looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all. There were no towels or hand soap provided. I will never stay at this hotel again. Definitely not worth the $120 we paid.

Arrived at 10pm and had to call for someone to check me in. The phone didn’t work well so it took approx 30 min to get ahold of someone. When the attended finally arrived she was extremely kind and helpful. The room was not clean, there was food and other debris on the floor. The water in the bathroom was leaking constantly. The chairs in the room were dusty and had not been cleaned in some time. Overall the price of the room v the amenities offered and the state of the place was in disparity. I would definitely not stay here again.

She arrived just before 2 am due to flight delays and was put in a dirty room that smelled like cigarettes. I messaged the hotel and Emily quickly moved my wife to a new room stating that the room she was put in wasn't even an in-service room. Probably why the floor was dirty along with the towels in the bathroom. They offered to refund the first night and did. I should have moved her at that point, but didn't after she said that the new room was better. However, as she found out, it was still very dirty after she bought wipes from Walgreens to wipe down things. Said some of the wipes looked black afterwards. In addition to that, she said that there usually wasn't someone at the front desk and there were bars around the front desk. As a 5-foot tall, little blonde, she just didn't feel safe here. She liked the staff but wishes that the owners would put more time and effort into cleaning up the place and making it feel safe and comfortable.

Nice decent size tv. WiFi did not connect at all. Kitchenette needs some updating. Seems like not just my door, but many doors stuck and were very loud opening and closing.
