Th rooms we're clean if it's a swimming pool you're looking for like the website states is the it's NOT a swimming pool at all my kids was upset about that the exercise room had just a couple of items in it the staff was for the most part kind and helpful

Staff was very attentive and help me to get information how to reach the place were I was going

1. I always do the book now and pay later so I know what I’m paying for when I get to the hotel 2. I called the hotel to make sure me arriving early the next morning was ok and they said yes and for some reason they checked me in and charged my card. 3. I wasn’t made aware of that til I went to cancel my stay yesterday and was told by a different employee that I had already been checked in. 4.

There was fighting in the halls and loud neighbors. My fridge didn't work all my food spoiled. They couldn't give me a remote that worked with the TV had to buy my own and program it. They kicked me out because I had my emotional support cats with me. Mind you I was suppose to be there 19 days and nights. Now they allowed dogs and you could have two dogs to a room but I couldn't have my emotional support cats which laid around all day.

Yes thats what I said. There were cockroaches. My family and I was getting ready for bed and my daughter found a cockroach. After looking around there were multiple roaches. EWE!!! GROSS!!! We immediately packed our things and got out of there. Its been 2 weeks and still no refund.

Not 1 thing. People loitering in the parking lot smoking Marijuana and drinking beer, trash everywhere. The room and hotel was filthy! Will never use Hotel.com again. Doors were missing under the sink. Walls were dirty. The entire room had a dirty smell. When we were leaving, a man was mopping the lobby floor with dirty muddy looking water.

It was easy to get to. The beds were comfortable. We didn't need it but it have a full refrigerator, microwave, burners and kitchen sink. The room was not clean. We both had white soaks on and they were literally black after walking on the floors. There was no coffee pot and no little bottles of shampoo, etc. If you're looking for no frills and keep your shoes on, it wasn't too bad.

The price was affordable and near a lot of shopping and restaurant options. There were no amenities. You had to wash your own rags and towels. No toiletries only two tiny hand soaps. No kitchen equipment at all. No pots, nothing and, silverware or plates. Couldn’t use the kitchen. room was worn down. the outside door kept being slammed all through the night.

Expedia says this has a pool, but there was no pool. It looked like homeless people sitting inside the lobby after 10 o’clock when the door should’ve been locked, but it wasn’t. There’s no ice chest anywhere in the hotel. We looked on every floor for to get ice. There’s no cups anywhere in the rooms or the hotel and there was no shampoo, conditioner or soap. We had to go to Walmart to get items we assumed we offered from the hotel. Also, we have a car with a handicap sticker, but there was a car sitting on 22 inch rims parked in the handicap spot but no handicap placard. This wasn’t a very good experience and if it wasn’t for the front desk clerk, I would give you a -0 because she was the only positive thing about this day.
