Place needs a good cleaning, broken things need repair, in need of some fresh paint on the walls. Some of these things are not costly.

Floor was dirty and the mattress of the bedroom was pretty bad

Nothing My room hadn’t been cleaned, they told me no more rooms were available and that I couldn’t get a refund! Some of the equipment was rusty and the room had an odor.

Nothing! Everything! They changed our room while we were gone to the ballgame and left some of our belongings in the old room. I was told everything had been moved to the new room. They said the room from upstairs was leaking down to the room we were in, that's why they had to moved us. But when we got back to the hotel there was people in that room they moved us from. The front desk lady had to wake the people up so I could get our belongings they had left behind. For the price we paid the hotel should have been nicer!! We will never stay there again!!

Convenience of elevator Floors were not clean. No toilet paper roll holder, pillows were bumpy not soft and fluffy.

I needed a cart which was locked up early when I needed to leave. The desk said it would be available early, but the front desk was closed and locked up. A gentleman working maintenance was working in the hall, however, and he opened up a door with the needed luggage cart. Not only that, but he came out into the parking lot in the rain so I wouldn't have to walk back in forth to take it back myself. I give the staff excellent marks, not because the desk was closed until 9am, but because that one gentleman was so helpful to me.

The location was fine It was awful. I went to enter my room and the key didn’t work. Front desk staff came up and opened it. He said someone was fixing the lock on Tuesday…I was there on Saturday. My son walked in the room and there was drywall all over the floor. We left.

When I had to talk to staff they were very friendly and helpful. I had to call someone to check me in. There were no towels and washcloths in my room. Had to go to the front desk and get some. Still did not get everything. After my shower walked to get my socks and the bottoms of my feet wre totally black already. Had to rewash and then instantly put on socks and shoes.

I like that it had a kitchen. Don't give linens but once a week. Very dirty had to clean myself. And the front desk staff was VERY RUDE!

Staff was rude and confrontational. No front desk attendee or rude service if you called them.

Staff was very helpful and friendly if you’re looking for a budget friendly hotel this is definitely your stay

More towel availability

Th rooms we're clean if it's a swimming pool you're looking for like the website states is the it's NOT a swimming pool at all my kids was upset about that the exercise room had just a couple of items in it the staff was for the most part kind and helpful
