The lady at the counter was nice. This establishment is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. It's very dirty. It had a hole in the floor of the bathroom that i almost stepped through. It also has cockroaches.

Room and bathroom were both spacious. I asked for a mobility accessible room because I am disabled. I am 5 foot one and the bathtub came up to my knees. No way could I get into it. The bed has a memory foam mattress, which is extremely too soft for someone with back, hip and knee problems. There was a car parked in the handicapped spot with no visible designation that it was for a handicap person (placard, or plate). Because of their very limited disabled parking spots, I had to park at the very back of the lot. I use a walker and it was extremely hard for me to get my luggage and Walker into the hotel. When I mentioned the car to the desk clerk and that it was illegally parked, she just shrugged her shoulders. When I mentioned, I should probably call the police because they were parked illegally. She started stammering out comments. It was obvious it was her car. The next day when I went to check out, there was already a gentleman standing there at the front desk. We could see her in the office sitting at the desk on her phone. We both stood there for a few minutes and then I asked him if she knew he was there. He said probably not. Looks like she’s playing on her phone. He made a noise to get her attention and she looked up and through her phone to the front of the desk like it was a hot potato. Gave both of us the feeling that she had been playing on it instead of paying attention to the front desk. I know you get what you pay for, but at least the staff should’ve been courteous instead of rude. I know some people like the memory foam mattresses, but not all disabled people can crawl in and out of those. These are just my opinions. Someone else may be had a better experience than I did. All I know is I will never stay there again.

The lady that checked us in was nice. She got us checked in fast. The guy that gave us towels at the front desk later that night was very nice. The building was clean. Overall, great staff and service. I would stay there again. We did find two roaches in the bathroom. It was the only bugs we seen. Other than that, we liked everything else.
