The convenience and friendliness of getting a room right away That I was only there for 8 hours. It felt comfortable enough to be there for the full day!

Multiple cleanliness issues. Also, the outlet behind the bed where the headboard lights plug in had no cover and was very loose. The cord was missing its coating and shorted out immediately. We unplugged it and went without because we were only staying a few hours anyway. Otherwise, we would probably have just left. I will avoid this one in the future.

My room was on the first floor. They didn't make my bed or change my bed sheets...I had to ask the stuff for a roll of toilet paper...no body wash.

the microwave was not clean, but a little elbow grease on my own got it useable.

The bathroom, toilet stink in the shower curtains had mold on it.

Staff was great. My room didn’t have a bathroom fan, there was a 6 foot spot about to fall down out of the ceiling, the first floor ice machine did not work, and everything BESIDES the inside of the room was visibly dirty. Once again the staff was very helpful in making the best of the stay, just a dirty hotel.

Overall good stay. Friendly staff and fairly clean property.

The room was 80° even though the thermostat was set to 68°. Corridors were poorly lit (there were lights all down the hall, and they were all on). The facility was overall grimy and rundown. It was fine for the one night we stayed but we would not stay there again.
