my room kind of smelled like mildew and this morning when I was leaving, I could tell the mop they use needed to be switched out as it had a sour smell

This very old hotel was an absolute dump. They didn't have an ice bucket in our room and when I asked about it, they said they didn't have any. As a matter of fact, the ice machine wasn't working on our floor anyway, we had to go downstairs if we wanted ice. The front desk gave us small "ice bags" to get ice in. What a joke. The hotel carpet was so old and dirty and it squished when you walked on it as if it was filled with humidity or water. The bathroom was also dirty and the door opened into the room, blocking the sink. Had only 2 very worn out towels for 3 people. It was disgusting. Will never stay at a Sleep Inn again. You've ruined your brand name.

Gagging amount of air freshener to try covering other odors. Swimming pool was closed for cleaning. Most of electric outlets in room did not work. No hot water in morning, even though I ran water a long time. Carpet was filthy, and gooey to walk on. TV remote and other things were sticky. Online ad said TV had Closed Captioning, but that only sometimes worked. A.C. was so noisy the vibrations shook both beds. Had to ask for washcloth and hand towel. Very dim light at sink and makeup mirror. Coffee maker downstairs did not work, neither did one in room. Or maybe its outlet wasn’t working like the few others in the room. Clock was unplugged and in drawer, needed time set, nowhere to plug it in anyway. No ice machine- we bought ice from gas station next door. No dresser in room. No freezer in mini fridge. Plastic-feeling sheet on bed. Peeling paint, broken floor tiles, chipped stucco on walls, extremely worn wooden furniture edges. Noise from hallway easily heard in room. Checkout time was noon, they came at 11:15 and told us to check out.

Breakfast good and pool was nice Prices of things around you be lower

Not very clean... a strange odor seemed to hang in the air...and lets just say there was a good bit of deferred maintenance. However the bed was fairly comfortable and I didn't see any bugs. The A/C worked... So I did sleep well.

The front desk was helpful.

No milk. Lots pf kids with no breakfast Excuses galore!
-
A little outdated, needs some general extra cleaning but the rooms were decent. Gentleman at the desk was very pleasant. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was fair. Overall decent quality for the money.

Homeless people sleeping in the hallways, smell of urine throughout the hotel, poor Cleanliness
-
No new soap or shampoo, bed never made, sticky floors, AC was not efficienct. Outdated TV, one of the lamps didn’t even have a plug in. Lights that didn’t work, plug in lamp didn’t work

The whole stay was ok. We were going for a son's trip to meet his friend and this place was the closest to him. AC was good.

As soon as we walked into the lobby, the place stunk horribly bad. There was only a shower and not bath tub in the room. I had booked two rooms which one room had two adults and one child and the other room had one adult and two children. They didn’t put us on the same floor. We were on different floors. The floors were sticky if you walked barefoot. It was just really gross. I asked the front check-in guy how far the airport was from our facility and he didn’t know. It was not a good experience at all.

It was a room to stay in, so it was okay, but the rooms were damp and everything smelled musty.

Kind of run down and old. Hallway carpets dingy. Some mildew in the bathroom. Stains on the room carpet. But if you are looking for a cheap place (at least compared to other places around) and you are used to low-end motels, this one isn't horrible. Sheets were clean. Breakfast was decent and they tried hard to keep up (it was EXTREMELY busy when we were there, and the employees were hustling to keep the food stocked.)

Bed bugs bed bugs bed bugs need I say more

Shampoo was used out of. The hotel tub was dirty. Short curly hair in the sink disgusting. Floor needed to be vacuumed and the bathroom floor could have used a really good scrubbing. Wasn't told that there was a door closer to our room and I almost fell trying to get outside. Breakfast was cold eggs were gross and sausage was over done, floor and tables in the breakfast area were filthy. I have never been so unhappy when I have stayed anywhere and if it wasn't for my wife asking me not to say anything I would have.
