Sleep Inn O'Fallon near I-64

As soon as we walked into the lobby, the place stunk horribly bad. There was only a shower and not bath tub in the room. I had booked two rooms which one room had two adults and one child and the other room had one adult and two children. They didn’t put us on the same floor. We were on different floors. The floors were sticky if you walked barefoot. It was just really gross. I asked the front check-in guy how far the airport was from our facility and he didn’t know. It was not a good experience at all.

It was a room to stay in, so it was okay, but the rooms were damp and everything smelled musty.

Kind of run down and old. Hallway carpets dingy. Some mildew in the bathroom. Stains on the room carpet. But if you are looking for a cheap place (at least compared to other places around) and you are used to low-end motels, this one isn't horrible. Sheets were clean. Breakfast was decent and they tried hard to keep up (it was EXTREMELY busy when we were there, and the employees were hustling to keep the food stocked.)

Shampoo was used out of. The hotel tub was dirty. Short curly hair in the sink disgusting. Floor needed to be vacuumed and the bathroom floor could have used a really good scrubbing. Wasn't told that there was a door closer to our room and I almost fell trying to get outside. Breakfast was cold eggs were gross and sausage was over done, floor and tables in the breakfast area were filthy. I have never been so unhappy when I have stayed anywhere and if it wasn't for my wife asking me not to say anything I would have.

Absolutely disgusting property. Room was gross. Not vacuumed at all. Caulking in the bathroom was moldy. Furniture was destroyed. Doors destroyed. The entire hotel was disgusting. Ice machine didn’t work on the second floor either. Only 1 wash cloth when there is 3 people to stay in the room.

Nothing it was terrible Everything the room wasn’t clean it look like something that no one should stay at

Initially, gave me a room that hadn't been cleaned yet... After I got another room, I didn't have any hot water for a shower... I did have hot water the next morning... Sleep Inn should be shameful to let this location go to downhill.

At least the rooms were clean

In room hot tub didn't work and that was 10 a day, no milk or or juice avail for breakfast, place reeked of Marijuana smoke, staff didn't do a damn thing about the hot tub nor breakfast when I discussed with the.

The pool the breakfast was great and the staff is friendly and the hotel is really quiet and clean Was satisfied with everything

I loved the swimming pool it was clean and my little family loved it! The workers were nice as well when we needed something breakfast was good. You get waffles , egg , sausages and yogurt mainly. The only thing two things that I didn’t really find pleasant is the room we were staying in kind of smelled like fish or tuna . The room was clean just it had a smell to it

We only stayed for 10 minutes before promptly checking out of the property!! The hotel smelled like weed/cigarettes so had my teenager started coughing! The rooms are dingy and unkept!! The front desk clerk was hard to understand, but helpful when we asked for a refund so to the condition and smell. Although I’m STILL waiting in my refund to process!!

Price, location Smelled of smoke, room was very run down (hole in the carpet and fraying, mildew in bathroom, ice machine on floor was out of order)

The pool was great as well as the breakfast. The rooms where ok one of the two rooms smelled very musty the upkeep threw out felt very ran down and out of date for the price i paid for the two rooms.

This hotel was one of the most disgusting places I have stayed. I saw that it wasn't much more to upgrade to a king bed and a large tub. Upgraded, get to the room and the tub/shower is so disgusting I literally chose not to shower over stepping into that shower. Overall, the room was disgusting. Go to lock the door and pull my hand away with gum or something on it, the hair dryer has been ripped off the wall, the walls were scratched up insane, the thermostat didn't control the unit on the wall correctly. Overall, horrible experience. Told the front desk about the hair dryer so that I wouldn't get charged for it being missing and his response was literally "Yeah yeah yeah..." I never waste my time writing reviews, but this experience was so insanely bad that I couldn't help but say something.

Beds were great! Very dusty didn't want to use the suitcase rack, it had never been dusted. Bathroom door stuck

It was supposed to be a non smoking room and it was terrible how it smelled. The place was pretty dirty as well. Had hair in the bathroom shower
