Overall Dirty Place. Curtains in room were all stained and gross. grout was popping out of the tile the room. Pool was gross water looked scummy

The building smelled of mildew, and the dirty moisture lines are very obvious throughout the whole lobby, elevator, and building. The room has blackened floors, dirty toilet and shower, hair and dirt everywhere. The bedding had lint buildup. We were 1 of 3 families that canceled our room that night because of the filth and incompetence from the staff. Still waiting on our refund 3 weeks later!!

Our room was not clean. Pretty sure the sheets were dirty. We put towels over the bed just so we could get a little sleep. I refused to use the shower because it was not clean.

Not the quality i expect from a La Quinta. AC did not work well, Room smelled like chemical cover-up of smoke. Would not stay again.

Friendly Staff and cheap rate Found old food behind the bed frame on floor when looking for my kids lost toy, dresser drawer broken, cracked mirror, was told pool opened at 8 and it didn't open til 12, pool was very cloudy and greener, ours and at least 3 others room key cards were deactivated after breakfast on sunday, and didn't get requested towels. More than a few inconveniences.

The bed was comfortable. The gym looked ok though Mold in shower, dirt,and I believe, mold spots, curtains were soiled, carpet was dirty/ stained, and the hallways had an odor, (not pleasant).The pool had green and cloudy water.

There was a roach in the bathtub and no towels. I’m pretty sure the room was not cleaned before we checked in.
