Staff was very helpful and fast
-
Facilities definitely need a little tender loving care and attention to detail.

It was an ok hotel and served the purpose. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, though.

My nonsmoking room was clean, but it smelled like smoke. Same for the hallways and elevator. In addition, the deadbolt lock on my door was broken. Carpet in room was worn, as well as scratches on the bathroom door. Check in/check out was easy. I will not be staying here again…

Room was clean but smelled badly of smoke. We were booked in a non-smoking.

Location was great There were no clean towels! I stayed 4 days and was only supplied towels 2 times! Room didn't have plate in the microwave! No ice bucket available! I saw bugs!! Looked like a roach!!

The property was terrible. Bed was nasty with someone hair all over what was supposed to be clean linen. Floors covered in pet hair. Room smelled awful. Requested that they reverse my payment back to my card. They didn’t reverse my payment had to call credit card company to stop payment.

Last minute stopped only thing we could find and very disappointed after what we paid. Had very bad odor then walked to elevator and there was beer cans. Not cleaned then the worst when we got to the room the covers had a huge yellow stain.

This hotel experience is kind of unique. The room itself was very clean, and even though the bed had a discerning popping noise it was quite comfortable. The office chair inside the room was broken and could not be raised or lowered. When I turned it upside down to see if I could fix it, the bottom half fell out. The refrigerator was not lighted. So if you were trying to get a drink you had to feel your way around. The shower was nice enough but not handicapped friendly. I was able to get my shower chair inside the stall and close the door, but I had to sit sideways. The couch was too low to the ground and I did not sit in it for fear of not being able to get back up. The property itself was surrounded by homeless people, so in my wife’s case, taking a walk was precarious. Breakfast was really good. The staff however, seemed to be non-existent. I don’t know what happened to the TV remote but it was Jerry-rigged something fierce. Probably won’t stop here again.

Our room was clean but the bathroom had mold all in the shower. Nasty!!!! Air conditioning worked off and on all night (it’s middle of June). Overall, won’t be staying here again.

Positive the room was mostly clean and bed was comfortable. There was mold in the shower. Bathroom floor smelled lime piss. The elevator floor had liquid stains that remained for the three days I was there. There was a homeless guy hanging out in the lobby and sleeping on the boarders of the property.

The TV didn’t work, there was no connection and idk what was sticky on it and the remote. Won’t stay here again. Thankful it was a one night deal but I think would have feel better popping open my rooftop tent in the walmart parking lot in downtown St.Louis than stay here again…

I did not like anything about this hotel. The room was dirty. The halls and elevator smelled. The lobby entrance was dirty. The staff was not helpful. The bedding was dirty. I called the front desk to report the issue and no one came. I had to go to the front desk show pictures to get clean bedding I had to put on myself. The sofa and chair at the desk were filthy. The halls and elevator smelled really bad.9

We had a poor experience. Our TV did not work. The shower was broken and taped with electrical tape. The toilet leaked. The rooms smelled musty. The breakfast area was dirty. This was a horrible experience.

All around good experience
-
Clean room, shower shouldn’t have mold or rust, staff shouldn’t have a attitude, room shouldn’t smell like mold or must
-
Room was clean but outdated. Breakfast, was not stocked at all. Had to ask for spoons and forks. No coffee, had to wait for it to be made. If your looking for a good breakfast this might not be your place. If your looking for a place to lay your head is fine.
-
Breakfast was fine! Noise in hallways, TV did not work! Sofa was terribly stained! walls were scratched and needed replaced!
-
Toilet in room 104 runs intermittently. I reported it when we checked in and nothing was done to fix it. I reported again when we checked out.
-
The only problem. We had the shower barely put any water out. Tub water pressure was great. This reason we will not return.
