AC was noisy smelled of weed. First room they had us go to we couldn't get in room and there was issues in the room had to wait for a new room and key.
-
The bed had a huge dent in the middle and I couldn’t get comfortable enough so I checked out 2 hours after checking in

1. Room never serviced once for a 5 night stay 2. No change of sheets 3. No fresh towels 4. 1st day: bathroom had 1/2 roll of toilet paper on holder. Spare roll on top of toilet was about 1/4 gone 5. Had to ask for toilet paper on 2nd night. Desk clerk gave us 1 roll, took down our room # and said the room would be cleaned the next morning. Didn't happen. 6. Had to ask for more toilet paper on day 5. Also emptied our garbage into lobby waste can and asked desk clerk for a garbage bag for our room. 7. Breakfast area was not stocked adequately on several mornings. Had to ask for forks, more eggs, more coffee, waffle batter not working and overall cleanliness very poor. Very unacceptable housekeeping.

$100 surprise charge to check in Room stunk terribly Beds have not cushion Rugs dirty and disgusting Shower head barely any pressure 6 roaches in bathroom in middle of night Female clerk asked if I got pics Explained I don’t take my phone

When I booked through Expedia I chose a listed room with 2 queen beds, and a sofa sleeper. When I arrived at the hotel the room only had 2 queen beds, no sofa sleeper, no sofa at all. I asked the clerk about this and was told they removed the sofa sleepers when the hotel was remodeled. Evidently Expedia data is not kept up to date. This will be the last time I book through Expedia. Very displeased with the result which meant we were stuck with a room with inadequate sleeping and two men had to double up in a queen bed. Never again.

The price and that it was close to retailing options It was dirty and dated. Didn’t seem a Baymont affiliate or have the Baymont quality at all. The furniture in the lobby was old and out of place didn’t fit in the room the curb appeal upon walk up walking through the entry doors was dirty. The floor mats were filthy. The ice machine was dirty and leaking. There was bugs in my room like roaches crawling on the microwave. It was just all bad. The coffee was good in the morning. The eggs were terrible the worst powdered egg breakfast ever very, very very subpar. I was disappointed and embarrassed, and couldn’t wait to check out. It was my only option because of the crunch I was in due to attract meat that was in town that had all of the hotels booked I would never ever ever stay at that My ever again and I don’t suggest that anyone else would either until they fix said issues and make upgrades. The shower was dirty. Oh my gosh, the microwave didn’t work. It was just all bad. The roach ran by the microwave before I can get his picture, but it definitely was a mama roach. The floor mats were filthy upon walking as were the double doors that you have to pull open. I’m coming in with bags from out of town and sliding doors will be great nevertheless you know double doors fine but filthy McNasty from top to bottom not OK. The ice machine was leaking water and it had black stuff across the top. It was not the sealant. It was a black strip of gout or crud running down. It was just it wasn’t good.

The AC too loud. The light in the bedroom is not working. The room not clean

Every thing was good and breakfast was good
-
The beds were clean and the location was good for our plans It had a general air of neglect and needing a deep cleaning. The breakfast area had a chair that was stained and torn and I wouldn’t consider sitting in it. There was a sticky cup ring that stayed on a side take for our 4 night stay because no one cleaned the tables and chairs. There was an undershirt left on the floor of our room. When we checked out we couldn’t use the luggage trolley because a homeless man had all of his possessions on both trolleys Employees spent their time on phones and not cleaning. There was no information about facilities such as gym or ice or breakfast hours that are normal. This was partly because some of the front desk employees had almost no English

Staff was very helpful and fast
-
Facilities definitely need a little tender loving care and attention to detail.

Clean, neat, helpful staff

The room was filthy, disgusting, the bathroom had boogers on the wall. The room smelled awful like smoke. There were roaches, the microwave was filthy. We stayed in room 222. Just didn’t look clean at all. Homeless men out front. Had I not already paid I would have went elsewhere. I was scared to let my children walk around the room. I wouldn’t let them sit on the floor at all. There were weird stains all over the place. Will not be staying here again. Ever. The staff was very rude, constantly playing on their phones with loud volume. The breakfast was also really bad. Everything looked dirty. The furniture in the lobby had stains and rips in it. For the amount of money I paid, I would have at least liked it cleaned. See above.

The beds were clean The entry rugs were filthy. The floors were sticky. Breakfast ran out of food at 8:15. Employees spoke very limited English. When we checked out the luggage trolleys were both being used outside by a homeless man for his possessions so we made several trips
-
The area was close to were we needed it to be. The smell, and staff did not give us towels. Said they were out. We even asked if they could do laundry or if they could get some from another room. Breakfast had nothing you could grab and go with.

The only good thing about this hotel was its close proximity to the highway Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. Live cockroaches in the room, bed bug activity, stains on the walls, hair all over the shower, stained and saggy mattress, I could go on. Photos of lobby are obviously not real and used to lure people in, lobby and breakfast area look like they haven’t been attended to in months. Surprise $100 security deposit is charged at front desk with no indication on booking.com. This place was seriously needs to be shut down, didn’t even stay the night and was refused a refund.

It was an ok hotel and served the purpose. The staff was very helpful and pleasant, though.
