Quality Inn O'Fallon - St. Louis - Shiloh

The front desk staff was wonderful. The room and bathroom were very clean. We were very disappointed in the breakfast. There were no eggs or meat, just a real continental breakfast. Other Quality Inns that we’ve stayed at have protein choices. We walked out and went to McDonald’s.

Still no refund. These people are blocking my review on Google to avoid the truth being told.

I stay here often when in the Metro area. The hotel is older but clean and affordable. Great location from St Louis and plenty of shopping and dining close by. Staff is always nice and gives good service. My room was clean and comfortable. I recommend this for an easy stay in the area.

Terrible communication. Could not even get ahold of anyone on the phone and they would not let me change dates even though the room was available.

Nice people but it’s been almost 2 weeks since a refund was supposed to reach my account already but still has not. Supposedly released on Sept. 3rd the day we spoke face to face but have yet to receive refund on a room and security deposit. Don’t like that every time I call their number then click option 2 the phone always hangs up no matter the day or time. Please if anyone at the hotel working there can see this review please try to reach out to me so we can resolve this or know what’s going on.

The room was good but breakfast sucks. Not many choices; just waffles, two kinds of cereal, and toast or bagels. On the plus side there is a Starbucks just pass the entrance/exit of the parking lot.

The GPS kept routing me to Hwy 50 which is the location of the hotel but I was traveling on 64. Hwy 50 runs parallel to 64 so it confused my GPS and took me out of the way causing me to circle back.

Mold on shower curtain and hair on walls, dingy carpet in room and dingy tile in bathroom, noisy upstairs at 5am possibly construction?? For 200$ night, a terrible deal! Breakfast was blah, happy travels!

It was good location. Not far from the Interstate and close to other amenities. I could not get warm water in the bathroom. One of the corners in the bathroom had water damage that had not been repaired. The room smelled like it had been smoked in and a deodorizer was used to try to cover the smell. There were ants on the counter in the breakfast area.

We stayed one night, because it was right off the interstate. On our way to our final destination. Rooms were clean property was clean. There’s a lot of places to grab a bite to eat and Walmart is across the street. If you need other stuff. Felt very safe.

I had somewhere to sleep A/C wasn’t on when I arrived, towels and pillowcases were dirty. Check in took an outrageously long time.

The shower had no hot water at night, the poured concrete in the hot tub and the shower head has black mold and very little pressure.

The bed was good. The smell was bad.

Only complaint was the bed was too hard for my arthritic joints

Nice price point, but was surprised by the extra $3.00 charged at check in for a prepaid reservation. Hotel was clean and in good repair, but the amenities esp the food/drink was awful. The decaf side of the coffee maker in the breakfast area was the only side that worked. The coffee was of the cheapest quality and I have never seen such tiny cups for coffee in my life! They were like Dixie cups, but I suppose that didn't matter because after tasting the terrible coffee, I didn't want much anyway. The only bread they had was white bread, no bagels or English muffins. Watery orange juice. Staff smiled, but we're not overly friendly. I think next time we will stay someplace else.

I also liked that there was a Bible in the drawer. The bathroom was clean enough and was stocked with toilet paper, an extra roll of toilet paper, and the appropriate number of towels and toiletries. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The parking lot was spacious, and I could see my car from my room window. The elevator was out of service during my stay, but since it is only a two-story building, it was not a major inconvenience. The ice machine was working properly. There were travel magazines and informational pamphlets about the local area on a shelf, which I appreciated. The hotel also had an indoor pool, which is a nice amenity, although I did not use it. Breakfast included waffles, apples, cereal, bread, yogurt, milk, and coffee. One thing I did not like was that there were no hot food options. However, the room rate was very reasonable, so I did not expect a more extensive breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends, and I would stay here again.

Very nice re-done rooms. Quiet. Convenient. Nice breakfast area.

The location was secluded, but close enough to nice eatery and shopping locations. Very clean Limited breakfast selections and the smoke detector in the dining room needs a new battery.
