Only complaint was the bed was too hard for my arthritic joints

Nice price point, but was surprised by the extra $3.00 charged at check in for a prepaid reservation. Hotel was clean and in good repair, but the amenities esp the food/drink was awful. The decaf side of the coffee maker in the breakfast area was the only side that worked. The coffee was of the cheapest quality and I have never seen such tiny cups for coffee in my life! They were like Dixie cups, but I suppose that didn't matter because after tasting the terrible coffee, I didn't want much anyway. The only bread they had was white bread, no bagels or English muffins. Watery orange juice. Staff smiled, but we're not overly friendly. I think next time we will stay someplace else.

I also liked that there was a Bible in the drawer. The bathroom was clean enough and was stocked with toilet paper, an extra roll of toilet paper, and the appropriate number of towels and toiletries. The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. The parking lot was spacious, and I could see my car from my room window. The elevator was out of service during my stay, but since it is only a two-story building, it was not a major inconvenience. The ice machine was working properly. There were travel magazines and informational pamphlets about the local area on a shelf, which I appreciated. The hotel also had an indoor pool, which is a nice amenity, although I did not use it. Breakfast included waffles, apples, cereal, bread, yogurt, milk, and coffee. One thing I did not like was that there were no hot food options. However, the room rate was very reasonable, so I did not expect a more extensive breakfast. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to my friends, and I would stay here again.

Quick and easy service

Very nice re-done rooms. Quiet. Convenient. Nice breakfast area.
-
Great value- Clean room - Amazing staff- Surprisingly good breakfast - Plenty of surrounding food options
-
The staff barely spoke English which made checking in more difficult than it needed to be. The jacuzzi in the room was useless since the hot water for it wouldn't work. Couldn't even get it to turn moderately warm. Very disappointed in the entire experience

Good customer service!

Breakfast - it should be advertised as grab breakfast. It was nothing but cereal , oatmeal , juice had nasty after test while bread placement wasnt sanitary. They also asked for $10 extra which was not advertised as there is a $10 mandatory fee.

Hotel was clean for and served its purpose, 1 night and a place to rest for the night in a road trip, staff was good and respectful, breakfast is not much and consist of only bread, cereal, apples, waffles juice and coffee, the hotel is mostly tailored for travelers looking for a place to spend the night or workers doing projects in the area.

The advertisement clearly shows a hot tub availability, there was no hot tub. The date of stay was aug 14th and 15th and the pool had water in it but was not open. my wife and I both used CPAP for sleep and required outlets to plug the machine into. the outlet on one lamp did not work while the other did. I was forced to move the side table in search of an outlet and finally found one tucked under the head of the bed which appeared to be daisy chained outlet strips. Finally there were cutout stand up all over the lobby touting the breakfast which was to be served. when my wife and I looked at a little past 9, there was no breakfast and the dining area was closed and blocked off by one of the breakfast stand up art pieces.

And air fresheners which should not be needed! The bathroom was so small you could barely turn around in it. On the morning we checked out we noticed a huge disgusting stain on the comforter - if we would have seen it prior we would have demanded a new room or a new comforter. There was rarely someone at the front desk to assist with anything and the elevator was broken the entire stay. Would NOT come back to this hotel. :(

The location was nice, sitting in a spot where everything is close by. Perfect!!!! Fix the elevator

I felt as though this hotel was catering to possibly housing displaced or homeless people. There was little Quality in this Quality Inn.
-
Honestly nothing. Everything. The room was disgusting, the elevator was broken, the entire building smelled like pot, walked in and the AC wasn’t on in the room when it was 100 outside, hallways smelled like pot, bathroom smelled like sewage. Absolutely not even worth $50 a night. I paid over $100.

Parking was well lit. W arrived late but there were staff ready for us. Room was clean and ready.

It was an okay stay. The place good of had some detail cleaning. Also, the breakfast was more like snacks. The coffee wasn't even hot out of the dispenser. The staff was pleasent and eager to help.

When I arrived there were people camped out in the parking lot and a man who appeared drunk stumbling around. Multiple of the outside building lights were not working. It was apparent the floors had not been recently cleaned upon entering the building and the elevator had a sign on it that it was out of order. I reserved the king whirlpool suite. There were stains on the bed, the chair, the lampshades, the bathtub, and there were pieces of candy on the floor. I spoke to the front desk and she said she would refund immediately and to have expedia initiate refund. I left and did so but got nothing. 2 other front desk people also lied to my face about refunding my money. So I unfortunately had no choice but to stay the first night. I requested they just hand me clean sheets since they were "unable" to clean the room. The sheets I was given were packaged as if new/clean. When I opened them I immediately noticed dark stains in multiple spots. Upon unfolding them I found multiple spots of bedbug feces stains on each piece of bedding. (I previously worked at a pest control company) I slept for a little while n checked out. Told again theyd refund once expedia contacted them only for them to initially refuse when they did reach out. Lied straight to my face repeatedly. If I could give 0 stars I would! Refunded $108 out of almost $400 and I wasnt even there 24 hours and had to changed the sheets myself!

I was very disappointed in the stay at Quality Inn. Hotel was not full, but we werere put on 2nd floor with elevator not working. No mention of this during check in. My wife and I are both in our 60’s with knee problems. Room was also not very clean.
